Vodka

• Belvedere 40%4,50 £

  Handcrafted from Dankowskie Rye, grown only in the planes of Western Poland and considered ideal for distillation due to its high starch content. A full, round, smooth taste of vanilla creates a velvet texture on the palate, with hints of spice coming through near the end

• Chase Marmalade Vodka 40%5,00 £

  Chase Potato Vodka is combined with marmalade and distilled. This is then re-combined with marmalade to impart colour and further flavour. Initially sweet on the tongue-tip, but shortly followed by a sharp citrus twang mid-palate

Gin

• Martin Millers Gin 40%2,80 £

  This unique gin separately blends it botanicals in two distinct distillations, then adds them together to create its uniquely fresh flavour. The main flavours of this gin are a combination of juniper, coriander, orange, lemon and lime mixed with the freshest waters of Iceland, making this an extremely pure tasting gin

• Bombay Sapphire Gin 40%2,95 £

  The spirit is triple distilled using a carterhead still, and the alcohol vapours are passed through a mesh/basket containing ten botanicals, in order to gain flavour and aroma. This gives a lighter, more floral gin

• Plymouth 41.2%3,50 £

  The established distilling business of Fox & Williamson began the distilling of the Plymouth brand in 1793 It is distinctively different and slightly less dry than the much more common London style of gin, purportedly due to a higher than usual proportion of root ingredients, which bring a more 'earthy' feel to the gin as well as a softened juniper flavour

  Organically grown cider apples are turned into cider, then this is distilled to produce a vodka and then re-distilled with eleven wild botanicals to produce a gin that has juniper, dark chocolate and citrus zest upfront on the palate, followed by notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

Rum

  Clear rum from Nicaragua, aged for 4 years. Palate is tropical, medium dry with hints of coconut & vanilla

• Flor de Caña Añejo Oro (4ry Gold) 40.0%2,95 £

  Nicaraguan rum distilled from molasses and aged in oak casks for four years. Palate is gentle with good body, hints of toffee, molasses & spice

• Gosling's Black Seal 40.0%3,15 £

  Balanced palate with thick, sweet spices and stewed fruits. Salvaged from the British Officer's Mess which were sealed with black sealing wax. Soon, people were asking for more of the 'black seal' rum

  A full bodied rum from Barbados this has a rich, sweet and tropical fruit taste with a finish that is biscuity with hints of molasses

  First class Guatemalan rum made from virgin sugar cane honey--the first press of the sugar cane that's boiled down to thicken--rather than molasses The palate is sweet and smooth, with cocoa, orange and honey flavors and a sensuous, viscous texture. It finishes long and smooth

  The Famous Grouse is a blended Scotch whisky, first produced by Matthew Gloag & Son in 1896. Balanced, biscuit-laden palate with a core of thick, creamy malt. Just a hint of spice and the vaguest whisper of smoke

• Rebel Yell Kentucky Bourbon 40.0%2,95 £

  The W.L. Weller & Sons company was founded in 1849 using wheat instead of rye in the mash for a different flavour than the older style of bourbons. A big, round body with a palette of honey, butter and just a hint of dark fruit with a spicy finish

• Jameson Irish 40.0%3,15 £

  Famous for triple distilling rather tan the more common double. The palate is thick and of good body with notes of orchard fruits, both fresh and cooked with a little vanilla cream. The finish is of medium-length with spice and honey

• Bushmills Malt 10yr 40.0%4,40 £

  Distillery founded in 1748 in Ireland. This is a single malt that has a very fruity palate with hints of chocolate pudding and a floral finish

• Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15yr 40.0%5,50 £

  15 year old single malt matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky is then married in a Solera vat. Palate is medium with flavours of sherry, raisins fruitcake & spices. Finish of candied fruits & Christmas pudding before oak takes over
