   We dined with another couple celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and all had a different entree. By all accounts (tournedos of beef, sockeye salmon with lobster, marsala mushroom pork chop, & catch of the day halibut) were all excellent. The dessert menu could have stood a few more selections. It was not overly busy when we were there and the service was very good; had been there on 2 other occasions over the past 2 years when I felt service was a bit lacking. All in all, this is among the top three restaurants on my list for fine dining in the Skagit-Whatcom-Island counties sphere.

   Wedge salad outstanding. I had blackened fish which was also wonderful. You must have an express o martini for dessert. Food portions are quite large.

   As usual the Filet Mignon was amazing! It melts in your mouth and is cooked perfectly. The scallops (according to my father), were also melt in your mouth delicious! The only reason I gave four stars for service was because it seemed to take a long time for us to get water and bread. We also did not get asked if we needed refills on our drinks or water (once we got them). Other than that the hostess was very sweet and VERY funny, we loved her! Our waitress was also very good and we liked her. Just need a few tweaks to get the "five star experience". We will be back!

   We dined here in 2023 and the food was good enough to go back so we tried again in 2025....only to get the same terrible slow service. If you want to be ignored and feel like you do not exist, this is the place for you! We left after 20 minutes waiting for a waiter. We also complained to the manager who wanted to comp us but we do not gamble. We came here solely to dine. We were hoping this place would be as good as 1832 Steakhouse in Durant, Ok at the Choctaw Casino. One of the best meals I ever had was there.....and the service spot on and made you feel welcome. If 13 Moons wants to succeed, checkout 1832 Steakhouse for some tips/pointers. Wish I had a better experience to write about as the name & logo is darling but not the service.
