1700° Steakhouse is a sophisticated, high-end restaurant featuring Midwestern prime, dry aged and certified Angus beef, seared to perfection in our 1700 degree broiler. The menu also has an abundance of the finest sustainable seafood from which to choose.
A place to see and be seen, this steakhouse is every bit as comfortable as it is refined. Large windows overlook Market Square, eight foot high glass wine cabinets showcase a substantial wine selection and feature photography walls, natural faux leather and cowhide finishes adorn the space.
In tandem with its sister cocktail lounge, 1700° Steakhouse presents signature craft and barrel aged cocktails and locally produced beer.

    our server Joseph Benkovic was excellent the steaks were prepared as we requested I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

    This is a great restaurant, and I would highly recommend it. We have been here many times before, and I am sure we will be back. I was disappointed that one of the steaks in our party was well undercooked, and when we brought it to the attention of our server, they refired it, but it still came out undercooked. Not wanting to be "a pain," the person in our party ate it. this is just not what I expect at this restaurant. Please understand that 3 of the four meals were cooked perfectly, and the sides were incredible. at another restaurant, I most likely would have expected an issue, but it was very surprising at this restaurant, where they have proven to have a very high level of quality.

    Been coming here for years. Twice a year. This one was my birthday visit. The food was so underwhelming that I cannot describe it more. And I had the porterhouse as a change from my usual tomahawk and it was not great. I’ve had better steaks at a chain restaurant.  this was a very disappointing visit. I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen, but they need to figure it out.

    Food was excellent. Our waiter very attentive. The ambiance was equivalent to the price. I would recommend 1700 as a place for great food and a pleasant environment

    Servive as alway was out of this world. Steak was missing something this time not sure just not as good as usual.

    A good, solid steak meal. Setting is more of a hotel restaurant vibe as it is in the Hilton lobby. Friendly and efficient service with food not memorable but enjoyable.

    We were pretty excited to eat here because we heard it had a Ruth Chris feel to it. The food was pretty good. Two of our steaks came out the wrong temperature but they fixed it and they were excellent. All of the apps and sides were really good. Drinks were delicious. Six of us ate there for about 600.00 which I thought was a really good value. I think the biggest issue we had was our server, Joseph. He just seemed annoyed the entire time he served us. Not overly friendly, didn’t recommend drinks or dinners. Just seem bothered. So, for this reason I am giving 3 over all stars because I think a server can make or break a dinner experience and he definitely broke ours.

    We've been wanting to try 1700 for several years and finally made it there tonight for our anniversary. The food was excellent, our waiter, Rob, was very personable, and the service was great! We look forward to coming back again.

    Food: outstanding. Ambience: meh. If you’re going for a great steak with no preference for atmosphere this is a good choice. Steak was fantastic. Think twice though if you are going on a date or wish to have a bit of privacy at a table for two. The tables for two are incredibly tight, it feels like you’re sitting on your neighbors lap. Difficult to have a conversation since the people next to you feel like they’re talking at the same table.
