Pleasant dining experience. Petite filet was tender, and seasoned perfectly. We were disappointed in the over baked baked potato and the lack of attention from our server. We were never offered refills on our beverages or our alcoholic drinks. Thankfully, our water was frequently topped off.

19 really needs to step it up or just shut down. Their standards and quality are so low but their prices remain high. Used to be our favorite place but we haven’t been back for a while after the last few poor experiences. Disappointed again. Caeser salad was inedible with mayo laden bland dressing, I thought to be safe with the Beef bourguignon but it was dry and full of fatty meat and overcooked pasta lacking flavor. Husbands steak was good and the sides were good. Service was slow and the bread basket skimpy with butter too cold to spread. Our server and wait staff, although slow, was kind and accommodating which is the only improvement i believe since our last visit a couple years ago when I swore I would never return.

The butter served with the bread was delicious...salted perfectly. The Caesar salad was just ok in my opinion, my husband really liked the traditional salad. Our steaks were cooked right to order and super tender. The buttermilk mashed potatoes were my husband's favorite part.

First time visiting this Steak House at Belterra Casino. Was totally impressed with this place top to bottom. Our server Erin was OUTSTANDING! Friendly, attentive but not obnoxious and just genuinely pleasant. The food was delicious! On par with Ruby's or Hitching Post. Spotlessly clean, with a really warm inviting vibe. Not noisy or over the top fancy. Very classy establishment without being stuffy. Steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Sides are large sharables. You know when a place is under solid management.... It's a well oiled machine and everything happens on time and effortlessly. This place isn't missing anything, and unlike a Ruby's type place it didn't cost me a small fortune.. If you haven't eaten here, I give this a high recommendation. Love this place. If you want the royal treatment? Ask for Erin. She is just a doll..

Food and service were great but plan on spending about $200 per couple with tip on 8 ounce steaks and a side item for 2.
