   It was a delightful night. We ate in the bar area. Mike’s service was professional and courteous. The food was superb from the mushroom soup, the pate, mussels, fried chicken, ravioli, and then the desserts. We will return!!

   Restaurant 315 is convenient walking distance from the Santa Fe Plaza. The restaurant has alcoves and we were seated in one of these and dinner was very private, We started with cocktails of Sazerac and Pear daisy and both were excellent. My wife had the Branzino which was whole but deboned with the filets put together, It was excellent. I had the Duck which was tender and tasted great, The sauce accompanying it was excellent. We are light eater so we had no other dishes. We were very satisfied with the meal, service and ambiance.

   The bistro is always consistently good. However it seems that a glass of wine for $15 is maybe only 3 ounces. Most places in Santa charge that for 6 ounce pour so this is steep for a small glass of wine.

   My husband and I had a wonderful meal during Restaurant Week. Service was very professional and just the right amount of checking in and refilling water, etc. The quality and presentation of the dishes were fantastic. We loved our respective appetizers - country paté and porcini mushroom soup but the entrée of Beef Bourguignon was amazing. We were thinking about each taking half home because it was a little filling but that didn't happen! There was nothing left to take home:-) Both of us agreed to absolutely add 315 to our regular Santa Fe restaurant rotation.

   I was at 315 during Restaurant Week. I had the Prix fix menu. For starters, a mushroom soup, then beef Bourguignon and the Chocolate pots de crème. The food was very good. The service was not as attentive as I would have liked. The tables were very close together and the atmosphere was somewhat hectic. But, the food was great, I’m glad I came, and will return.

   Options weren’t as good as last year. Seemed like cheaper choices for same price. Also seemed like our meals had been overdone as though prepared days prior. My beef was quite fatty and carrots mushy. Would’ve loved the French onion soup as an option.
