   Table not ready at 2.00 Elderly guest made to stand for ten minutes at the bar until I asked for a seat to accommodate her. They were serving food at the bar so nowhere to sit when waiting for a table. Thoughtless. Table eventually ready at 2.25 We subsequently weren’t served any food until 3.25. After several reminders. 90 minutes after arriving. Totally hijacked the afternoon No apology. No common courtesy offering of drinks/ coffee/ desert. Tavolo non pronto alle 2.00 Ospite anziano fece riposare dieci minuti al bar finché ho chiesto un posto per ospitarla. Stavano servendo cibo al bar, quindi nessun posto dove sedersi in attesa di un tavolo. Senza pensieri. tavolo alla fine èra pronta alle 2.25 Successivamente non hanno servito cibo fino alle 3.25. Dopo diversi promemoria. 90 minuti dopo l'arrivo. Totalmente dirottato il pomeriggio Nessuna scusa Nessuna offerta di cortesia comune di bevande / caffè / deserto.

   The restaurant has great ambience. The menu is very varied to suit most tastes. My fish dishes were excellent. Service is super- efficient and friendly

   We are fairly regular diners at 34 but last night the time food took to be served was extremely slow between courses. We waited at least 45 minutes between the first and second courses Considering we had an early booking it was extremely disappointing. The food is always good and the servers never bothered to enquire whether everything was okay with the dinner. Needs to improve

   The service was horrible. They brought me faulted wine, and when I pointed that out - twice! - they said it was fine and didn't even offer to change it. It was only after I ordered - and paid for - a fresh bottle, tried and made them try it that they admited the wine was faulted and took off the bill. If you go and order wine, make sure you see the bottle and try first.

    Have been here a number of times before. Just feel it’s become extremely expensive for what is pretty average food. Service always v good. Huge choice in the location so will vote with my feet & try elsewhere in future. Shame really as once upon a time it was excellent.
