The dinner was amazing . Service was great . Only issue was they had live music playing and I could barely hear my partner . It was sooo loud

There was a jazz band playing when we went on Sunday night so it was a little louder than I would have liked for the romantic evening I had planned. However, the service and food was good and it if you’re into live bands, it was a nice setup.

I have always loved 350. We were in Springfield for an event and decided on dinner there beforehand. I was so disappointed. I always get the surf and turf. It wasn’t as good as it used to be. I think the cream sauce changed. The service was so slow. The poor bartender was so busy because he has everyone at the bar and all the table orders. Not what it used to be at all.

Understaffed. We waited about half hour for our drinks. Then another hour for our food. I ordered steak marasala with string beans. The Marsala was ok but the string beans were nasty. They were over cooked and dried up. It was weird. Very bad. Waiter was nice but she disappeared for at least 30 minutes with not even an are you ok do you need anything else ? My husband had a watery seafood entree which was disappointing as well. Sorry for the truth.

this was a planned Xmas dinner and reservation was smooth and went off without a hitch, waitress was great, asked if she could take a couple photos at end of evening without hesitation, kind, considerate, very positive, friendly, funny. apologized for some dishes that ran out of a side I.e. veggies had to be substituted but no big deal, and courteous, was a wonderful for this time of year, great meal wit great friends, been years since we last been but will be back sooner rather than later next time. merry Christmas to all that work there ✌️&🙏 bless!

Our party of 4 had an amazing experience last night! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. First off, the convenience of free off-street parking was a big plus. The portions were absolutely gigantic—come hungry! Our server, Brandy, was phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I started with the jalapeño margarita, which was the perfect blend of spice and sweetness, and the seafood chowder, which was rich and flavorful. For mains, I enjoyed the perfectly cooked strip steak with creamy Parmesan risotto and a fresh side salad loaded with vibrant vegetables and tangy Greek olives. My husband opted for the surf and turf, and he was raving about how perfectly everything was prepared. This was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!
