   After receiving an email the day before asking me to confirm my reservation (which I did) and I received a text message 3 hours prior to my reservation reminding me of my reservation, the restaurant was closed when we arrived. Very rude. If they were able to contact me prior to make sure I was was going to be there why couldn’t they have the consideration to call me and cancel.

   the setting is beautiful, the menu is broad and deep and the selections are very good, our server Rimma was outstanding. HOWEVER< the heat did not work it was no more than 45 degrees in the dining room...people were eating in parkas with their hoods up... I don't know if it was connected or not but much of the food was not hot...had to be sent back,...in fairness it was handled nicely but it shouldn't have been...they could at least have gone to Home Depot and for $400( just a little more than our dinner) bought several space heaters and made it more comfortable... I would go back but i was somewhat disturbed that for their prices they weren't better equipped to hand an "emergency" and seemed very lackadaisical about it. Garrems

   2019 Closing weekend was a wonderful meal. The food was top notch. Service was a bit lackluster, mostly due to 86ing menu items (three that I requested were all gone by 6:30pm, but not all known to my server). Not really a complaint, but several back and forth situations before I could reliably count on my dinner arriving as ordered. See you in 2020

   We had a excellent experience. My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during restaurant week. The specials were reasonably priced. We were seated in a lovely spot on the porch overlooking the front garden. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious!

   We are local's and go to 410 Bank Street often. Our dinner was excellent. They were able to accommodate 2 extra people on our reservation without a fuss. We will be back.

   Wonderful meal, great ambiance, and delicious food. We went for restaurant week and 3 of us ordered off that menu and 1 ventured off and ordered off of the regular menu. We were all very happy with our meal. Highly recommend the steaks, lobster bisque and scallops appetizer!

    Dined at 410 many times, always great food and service. I ordered the Cesar salad, very disappointing , lettuce was white. Dressing tasted like bottled. Croutons like rocks. Chicken, was great, other's very good, shrimp. Scallops, swordfish. Next time i'll get the soup. Always delicious.
