Best Happy Hour in Norfolk seven days a week at the bar and lounge till 6pm. Our heated patio is a great place to enjoy a drink and take in the downtown scene. Located next door to The Scope arena and Chrysler Hall, we are the perfect place to enjoy dinner before going to a show.

Another great meal at 456 Fish. We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The Crab Bisque is not to be missed. Left my credit card and less than 10 minutes after we left they called to let me know. Greatly appreciated since we were leaving town the next day. We will be back!

We are always looking for good, not fried seafood, so for restaurant week we decided to try 456 fish. Restaurant vibe was upscale hotel restaurant, service was pleasant enough (definitely joint effort as every course was brought by a different waiter), food was ok. Calamari and she crab soup were good. I had crab cake, large chunks of crab a bit on fishy, bland side, I could have used a bit more if the decorative sauce. Husband had rockfish, he was not a huge fan. Perhaps we did not make best choices, but there are several other restaurants within walking distance I would try before going back a second time.

The only negative thing was that the rockfish was a pretty empty plate— that was a lot of money for a lot of mashed potatoes.The Grand Marnier cheesecake was out of this world.

Friendly service, great food & stylish comfortable decor made for a lovely dining experience. Calamari appetizer was to die for!

Food was not very good. Oysters not to be found in fried oyster appetizer and overdressed. Halibut overcooked. Believe it must have been frozen but waiter said it was fresh. Service was fine. We will not be going back.
