   We were very disappointed with the food -struggled to order our main meal -It was awful scallops with beetroot mash -terrible combination. Very disappointing evening. Need to do something about their menu.

   Always very good. Nice sharing platters and tasty am home made gnocchi. Intimate feeling.

   Really enjoyed the food but the service was not amazing, the staff were all very friendly and polite but we were not offered a drink for over 10 minutes (not even water) and another table who arrived after us already had received bread / drinks before someone had come to see us. I hope this was just an oversight as the staff afterwards seemed friendly. Overall I think I would go back as all the food that came out was nice and fresh, price wise is on the expensive side for the area but as long as the food stays fresh and well cooked they should be ok. Menu is limited but again doesnt need to be big when everything on the menu tastes good.

   Nth time eating here and it never disappoints. Food is impeccable, fresh, full of flavor.

   we love this restruant and have been going there since it opened, the staff always freindly and helpful they have new dishes as well as hanging onto our old favourites like fried pasta.

   Four of us ate here mid-week. Need to book as every table taken by 8pm. Not quiet and intimate if that is what you want! Slightly off-hand service from first waiter but second was fine. Really exquisite food. Not a long menu but several specials, enough variety and all courses were well-prepared and presented. Wine was very reasonable. Definitely somewhere to return to.

   Fresh ingredients and real Italian flavours.This is not fine dining but all the better for it.The trufi and pesto was oustanding.

   We have eaten at 500 a number of times, always enjoying the authentic Italian food, so decided to introduce our friends to it. We were not disappointed by any aspect of the meal (including quality of food, ambience and price) except for the service. We were serviced by two waiters, one of whom was friendly and accommodating, the other who was cold and dismissive. He hardly looked at us and seemed irritated all night. We doubt if our friends would now return.
