Overlooking the hotel's grand art-deco designed lobby, The Garden provides a dramatic, enchanted forest-like restaurant setting in the heart of New York City. Select a table in between the twisting, undulating trunks of the African Acacia trees, or enjoy the warm sunlight peering through the oversized windows overlooking 57th street. Ottimo contesto, molto curato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per il brunch abbiamo ordinato due Gotham Burger, siamo rimasti soddisfatti ma il conto è stato un po’ salato. Un caffè espresso 13$. Nel complesso buona esperienza.

First and foremost the four seasons is always brilliant! now the star of the experience is Milton, who is full of positive energy and a brilliant attitude. Four Season is lucky to have a very amazing person.

The food was fine/good, nothing especially interesting or noteworthy. The room is lovely, of course, but the acoustics don't work in your favor when parents allow their children to run wild, which was the case for our entire lunch. What really needs attention is the service. The woman who greeted us and took our coats could not have been nicer. Bu the waiter we had was completely clueless. I had to repeat my order for a "Belvedere straight up" THREE times. Two sets of cutlery were delivered before we had any food in front of us. Trying to get a drink refill would have tried the patience of Job. The server waiting on the table next to us practically pulled up a chair to talk about where he was from. In a word, unprofessional. It was our distinct impression all the wait staff had been hired because they were a familial relation to someone in power within the hotel; we could not otherwise understand how they would have their jobs in what should be a fine establishment. We live locally, and we hoped the reincarnation of the Four Seasons would be attractive to us as a place to stop in and refresh; unfortunately, this was not the case.
