                                                                      Had reservations, had to wait a bit to get acknowledged and seated then had to stand up to flag down a manager….took about 45 minutes before order was taken….got drinks about 25 minutes after being seated…..was given 25% off of bill….would have preferred better overall service…..food was really good and everyone apologized…..just expected a little better especially when you pay over $700 for a room upstairs for the evening.

                                                                      Never were we approached by anyone at the front of the restaurant. We had to walk into the restaurant and approach the manager to get seated. It still took almost 15 minutes for anyone to approach our table and ask us about drinks and if we are eating. We did get Service. It was very good in Victor was very supportive. Food was OK but very limited menu. Will not return.

                                                                      The bartsnder was great! The hamburger was not thst great. The gluten free bun was actually a slice of bread. I had to dit at the bar as no servers to sit in the dining area. Need more staff, especially when the customers have reservations for the dining area.

                                                                      I had a girls trip for my 50th birthday and stayed at the Omni. The food at 676 Restaurant on the 4th floor was amazing! The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt special. My son is in med school at Northwestern so I will definitely revisit this restaurant for years to come.

                                                                      We often go to Chicago for a weekend visit and stay at the Omni. We include breakfast one morning at the restaurant. Upon entry the hostsss ( I’m sorry I don’t have her name) is cheerful, pleasant and is in the perfect role for the first person you see in 676. She brings such joy and should always be kept in that role. Nancy has often been our person to take our order and she is pleasant and also is a great addition to 676. They all gathered to sing Happy Birthday to our son which was wonderful. Everyone we have met has exceeded our expectations at the Omni. We will return again and again. Thank you .

                                                                      We both ordered pizzas which were good but didn’t stay hot very long. No one can help that I guess. Wait staff were attentive and friendly.
