Afternoon Tea & Atrium Cocktails

Afternoon Tea, a decades-long tradition at The Brown Palace, is set amid the historic grandeur of the Atrium Lobby serenaded by a melodic piano. Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.

Atrium Cocktails are on Friday & Saturday evenings, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm and select nights throughout the week. Sip on classic cocktails, wine, or a refreshing pint with charcuterie and other inventive dishes. Live music by The John Kite Jazz Quartet will complete an unforgettable and lively experience.

Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.

$10.00 per person for Vegan and / or Gluten- Free. Parties of five or more, please choose a maximum of three teas. Complimentary second plate of sandwiches included. Twenty percent gratuity will be added for parties of five or more. We will not accept more than three credit cards per party, and the check will be split evenly.

Always a wonderful time. The food was good and they were able to accommodate my food allergies. The Brown Palace is always beautiful for the holidays.

Holiday tea at Brown Palace never disappoints. Gorgeous atmosphere, beautiful live music, delicious tea and food, and excellent service.

$75 for the standard afternoon tea was very pricy for the quality of food served. The desserts tasted old and stale, the sandwiches were so little and the taste wasn’t any special. Sadly so disappointing

Our group had been planning the Christmas tea for over a year. The Brown Palace did not disappoint!

The carollers and decorations were beautiful. The pianist was wonderful as well. The service was not great and had to flag down someone for more hot water and they forgot to bring my drink which was $18, way to expensive for what it was. The tea is extremely expensive now and I hadn't been in years. You are paying for the ambiance not the service. Need to up their game on service.
