                                                                                          We had a super disappointing experience at Alexander’s. The server was inattentive, not helpful and snippy with my elderly parents. In addition, the food was not good. We ordered two salads, a pizza, a lasagna and a pasta. The only item I would order again was the pasta with Gorgonzola and walnuts. The unfortunate experience was topped off with our bill coming with an automatic 20 % tip added in a manner that was not transparent. Overall a very negative experience.

                                                                                          We always have an enjoyable experience at Alexander’s. We were able to make a reservation same day in the evening. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and were offered 3 different seating options for us to choose from. The waitress was knowledge, professional and had a welcoming personality. The food arrived in courses which was great. They were busy; however, it did not impact the service.

                                                                                          It was amazing! The food was delicious! The prices were great. Our server Paloma was sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a person that loves good service and I would go back for the service we received from Paloma alone.

                                                                                          We had an 8:15pm reservation. Had to do a few laps around the block before we landed a spot in back. We still checked in 30 minutes early, but they were very accommodating to seat us right away. They gave us a choice of inside or patio, showed us all the choices, and we picked the patio. The lighting was dim, with a fountain in the middle and heat lamps to make every table a very comfortable temperature. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious! And the price was pleasantly surprising! We will definitely be back soon!!

                                                                                          I went on a Tuesday night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had the worst experience with the service. Our server Jesse was very forgetful, he did not check up to see how our meal was tasting, he delivered the food incorrectly, and never brought out the birthday dessert I had asked for. The food itself was good just a bit salty.
