If you love great food and wine pairings, Alfio’s is one of our favorite places in Cincinnati to experience this. We each got the chef’s tasting menu, which includes things not on the everyday menu. We also got wine pairings for each course from Alison, whose knowledge of food and wine and talent for pairing them makes an amazing evening. Highly recommended.

We had a Superb experience at Alfios for our anniversary. Great details from printed menus to glass of bubbles and a dessert. Service was impeccable, specially Leonor. All work in harmony. The Sommelier recommended the right wine for our food. The empanadas are a must. Creative and delicious. The short ribs were soft, tender and delicious. The gnocchi soft and tender. The bolognese departed a bit too much from the traditional recipe, by making it smoky and sweet it reminded us more to BBq than bolognese. Still delicious but a bit too creative. Anyway a great place, great service, excellent food. Will be back

This was our first visit to Alfio’s and we were celebrating our anniversary. They had a special “Happy Anniversary” menu waiting for us, as well as complimentary Prosecco toast and dessert to top it off! The food was amazing from starters to dessert and the service was outstanding. The espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend going and can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding food, but even better service. The staff were great and made my wife's birthday memorable. Absolutely will visit again.

We had a wonderful evening. Our server was great! Table location was lovely, just a bit chilly after a 3 hour dinner. It got cold by the window. Too long between courses. 3 hours was an hour too long. Lovely birthday celebration. Thank you.

We love this place! The food is outstanding! Meredith was an exceptional server and we enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. So good!

Pros: food was delicious - 5/5 Cons: poor service 1/5- had a reservation for 7 pm & we were not seated until 7:30, ordered drinks immediately & did not receive them until nearly 8. Basic cocktails were overpriced & not good. We dined on a Saturday night & understand it was busy; however given the price point of an upscale restaurant, we would have expected much better Service & at a minimum recognition for all the delays.
