   First time dining at Amici . Decent prices. The service was outstanding and the food was exceptional! Our steaks were BETTER than Capital Grill, cooked to perfection the first time !! Their tomato sauce was so delicious, just like home . Their bolognese was so tasty and the largest portion ever ! I and drooling for my leftovers as I am writing this ! The server sent over complimentary Tiramisu that was divine, just like my grandmother’s! Amici will be our new family restaurant when my sister comes to town . I’m making a reservation for our 2025 holiday dinners today ! Absolutely cannot wait to go back !!

   First time dining there was a wonderful experience. Serivce was terrific. The Chicken Parm and the New York steak were perfect.

   Everything was excellent from food to service to ambience to the landscape. We would definitely come back . Shoutout to our waiter Benny S. who was super attentive and wonderful .

   The food is great, but boy what an incredible job with the patio. It’s beautiful and peaceful and you wouldn’t know that Kresson Road is right on the other side of the greenery. Highly recommend.

   We waited 1:45 for our meal. The waiter blamed the kitchen when he obviously forgot to put the order in because he was so busy. Just tell the truth and I would have left you more the $1.00 tip. What a disgrace he came with a piece of cake to go . hym. … mabye I still wanted coffee you idiot. Save yourself the hassle go anywhere else and get a good meal. We actually tried Amici again after we observed a rat running through the dining room months earlier.

   ★☆☆☆☆ A Comedy of Errors, Minus the Comedy What should have been a pleasant evening out turned into a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. Despite a minor 10-minute wait past our reservation time, the experience rapidly descended into a test of patience that would challenge even the most understanding diner. The restaurant's posted "2-hour limit" for parties of 4 proved darkly ironic, as we could barely get our meal served in that time limit, let alone enjoy it. Our appetizers didn't materialize until an hour after being seated, and when they did arrive, my daughter's order was wrong. The waiter's response to bringing soup instead of her salad? Blame the kitchen and then conveniently forget to correct the error. We weren't alone in our frustration, watching four other tables complain about lengthy delays provided an unwanted dinner theater experience. When our main courses finally arrived at 7:45 PM, they were lukewarm at best, suggesting they'd been sitting in the kitchen. The excuse? Apparently, too many people had the audacity to dine out on a Saturday instead of Mother's Day Sunday, rather than apologize for not being prepared for a busy Saturday night. Our waiter perfected the art of disappearing, surfacing only when flagged down about the missing salad. Dirty dishes decorated our table for 30 minutes, followed by another 15-minute wait just to be asked about dessert and only after we called over a different waiter. The final insult? Being charged for the salad we never received and waiting an additional 10 minutes for a corrected bill. In summary: cold food, glacial service, missing items, excuses and not a single apology. Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere. Pros: - They managed to seat us within 10 minutes of our reservation Cons: - Hour-long wait for appetizers - Wrong orders with no correction - Cold main courses - Absent waiter - Dirty dishes left on table - Billing errors - Poor management - Inexcusable excuses

    It was our first time at Amici's and we had reservations at 5:30pm for a party of 8 to celebrate my 65th birthday. We were taken to our table upstairs at 5:40pm. No problem as it was a Saturday evening before Mother's Day. The parking lot was filling up and there were a lot of people waiting outside and inside. It quickly became apparent that the restaurant was short-staffed and overwhelmed by the amount of diners. While our drink order was taken in a timely manner, the rest of the evening went downhill. One basket of bread arrived with two small bowls of dipping oil. The second basket for the table arrived 15 minutes later. Our appetizer and dinner orders were taken at the same time. The appetizers arrived 30 minutes later and the dinner arrived an hour after the appetizers. The pasta dishes were cold, clumpy and the noodles broke apart on the fork. The chicken Amici and chicken Romano were good, but lukewarm. By that point, we had enough, but since it was a birthday celebration, we stayed for dessert. Our party of 8 was comped one piece of tiramisu "for the wait" but it was 8:15pm when we were finally leaving. We were very disappointed in the whole dining experience as it was chosen based on previous reviews. *UPDATE* A manager from Amici's called me personally to explain what had happened the evening of our dinner. The circumstances were out of everyone's control which impacted our experience (and I sincerely hope the executive chef is on the mend). The manager offered her most sincere apologies and also offered me a gift card to come back and have a true Amici dining experience. I have never had anyone respond personally after a less than stellar review. Kudos to Amici's for caring about their patrons! I am very much looking forward to going back! Thank you Amici's!!!
