Owners Vincenzo and Caterina Varriale redefine hospitality by welcoming you to their newest venture, Aqua Blu Kitchen &Cocktails. This one of a kind bar and restaurant offers an eclectic variety of dishes, uniquely vibrant and friendly service in a chic yet family friendly atmosphere. Our menu offers a seasonal modern twist on Italian cuisine. The invigorating space is made up of multiple dining rooms, three full service bars and a lounge. The restaurant is situated at 3410 Route 37 east Toms River, NJ, right at the foot of the Seaside bridge.

The private Rustic Room can accommodate up to 50 guests, and is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The Aqua Blu Banquet Room is also available for large-scale receptions and seated events of up to 140 guests.

Went for brunch and was surprised to find a DJ with loud music. I enjoy music like anyone, and he played great music, but it was more fitting for a Friday or Saturday night, plus it was football Sunday. Just a little out of place. Food, drinks & service were great.

We usually have a great meal here but tonight they where off The skirt steaks we ordered where extremely tough One of our dishes where covered with cheese when we asked for no cheese Our waitress was great and the salads where delicious

Beautiful atmosphere, but service falls short. Wait staff should realize that at a long table of 6, only one end of the table can reach the olive oil and butter. Two plates should have been provided. My fish was under seasoned and over cooked, but a tasty brudet sauce. It was a very large portion that had an extremely abundant amount of sauce- but no bread as an accompaniment. Pasta was an additional $10 that I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat. We weren’t asked if food was ok until we were almost finished with the meal. I would try the restaurant again because I liked the atmosphere. The wait staff were very nice, but untrained.

Food was average. Waiters were nice. But didn't come to the table often enough to check that everything was ok. Noise was out of control. Won't be returning.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Energetic music and atmosphere in a classy, spacious setting. Food and drinks were phenomenal with many original choices, plus you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Excellent for date night and the bar area has a fun and upbeat crowd. Definitely the absolute best spot to enjoy a delicious meal, specialty drinks and listen to fabulous music indoors or outdoors. Excited to go back again.

Table was ready for us. Ambiance was great! DJ was definitely on point. Food was awesome. Waiter could have been more attentive but I really think he just got busy.
