Chef de Cuisine, Sven Elverfeld, presents modern European cuisine of the highest standards in our signature restaurant AQUA. Well-known for his imaginative talents in creation of excellent dishes as well as for his aesthetic presentation, he was named Chef of the Year 2007 by the gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker". Awarded with three Michelin Stars and 19 points Gault Millau for its cuisine, the discrete elegance and exclusivity of AQUA is also underlined by its design. The contemporary interior by Andrée Putman features stunning décor details such as fine colored Art Déco armchairs and still-life flower photographs by the famous photographer Robert Mapplethorpe.

Ein unvergesslicher Abend mit vielen tollen Geschmackserlebnissen. Die Weinbegleitung war hervorragend und perfekt auf das unbeschreiblich leckere Essen abgestimmt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service

Der Service, die Qualität und die Geschmackserlebnisse waren überragend! Nur die Klimaanlage war etwas zu kühl für meinen Geschmack eingestellt. Der Anlass unseres Besuchs, das erfolgreiche Studienende unseres Sohnes, wurde mit einem persönlich von vielen Mitarbeitern unterschriebenen Brief sehr freundlich gewürdigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Von Beginn an alles perfekt, die Bedienung, das Ambiente und das Wichtigste, das Essen. 3 Sterne sind wohlverdient… einen der besten Sterneköche der Welt muss man erlebt haben… wir kommen bestimmt wieder…

Ein Geschmackserlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Das Aqua in Wolfsburg ist zurecht die mit Beste Adresse in Deutschland für Genusserlebnisse und handwerklich überragende Kochkunst. Im Punkto „Service“ ist das durchaus junge Team „on Point“ und begeistert mit einem offenem, zuvorkommenden und stets sehr freundlichen Umgang.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in einem drei sterne Restaurant und für uns war es eine sehr besondere Erfahrung, genau so hat man es sich vorgestellt. Jeder Bissen war ein Erlebnis für sich selbst, wir hatten einfach die ganze zeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Dieser Besuch hat uns sehr glücklich gemacht und wir werden uns noch sehr lange daran erinnern.
