Bringing the best ot Italy to Charlotte, Aria Tuscan Grill is Charlotte's urban neighborhood restaurant and lounge located in the heart of center city. Serving mouthwatering old word comfort food in a modern Italian setting, Aria brings the flavors & colors of Tuscany to Charlotte.

    We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table to be ready. That was disappointing but the flavors of the food made up for that. A little sad no one acknowledged our anniversary but again the food was simply amazing!

    Aria is a favorite go to restaurant for us. The perfect spot for dinner before a show at Blumenthal. Our meal and wine were delicious.

    Not accommodating at all. We visited prior to a show at Belk Theater. We had 2 pre-teens in our party. They wouldn't allow us to change the pasta on a dish, they wouldn't allow us to change the sauce on a dish. The salmon was WAY overpriced. My 70-year-old mother was also with us, and she was not happy.

    We really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately it was a little underwhelming. First off, our wine was served in cheap looking water glass type things but every other table had fully stemmed glasses, so that was weird. In addition, while the food was good I would not say it blew us away. Moreover, the portion sizes were minuscule. I know Americans are known for super sized portions but this was the opposite extreme. We're talking like maybe a a 1/2 cup of pasta with a little sauce for my daughter's entree and the pasta accompaniment on my dish was probably about 1/3 cup. The server was good but the food left us unsatisfied. There are a lot of places to dine near the Belk Theater, we'll try something else next time.

    Food was really great! We loved having an intimate table in the corner and it was cozy with pillows. Maybe our waiter was having a bad day, but he could have been more engaging. Overall though, a great experience and very convenient after a show!

    We made a reservation with another couple for dinner before seeing Hamilton, and had a great experience. We all loved what we ordered and it was right around the corner from the restaurant. I highly recommend for a delicious menu for any occasion!
