This was my first visit to Aria, but will not be the last. Our server was very helpful and friendly, the food was great, and the prices were spot on. Plus, it is very close to the Benedum Center. What more could I ask for?

We’ve eaten here a couple of times. It’s convenient if you’re attending a show at the theater. Our past experiences have been good service and good food, unfortunately we had a bad experience this time. The waiter upsold us whenever we asked for his opinion. Even when I asked for bread for the table he pointed to the appetizer and submitted that as an order rather than even mentioning there was house bread. We also received a bar menu along with our regular menus. Our kids decided they would like the sliders, my wife, my other daughter and myself still ordered from the regular menu. We were told by both the waiter and the manager that we couldn’t order from the bar menu if sitting at the table. I politely responded, confused, why would you give us the menu then? The answer was that we could order drinks from that menu but not the food. It was a strict policy. Ridiculous to commit that hard to a policy that you could lose a customer over, seems like poor business sense. Unfortunately, the meals we had weren’t that good this time either. My daughter and wife had the filet. My other daughter had some weird fried cheese ball thing that was not what she expected as it was under the pasta menu. My son who really wanted the sliders settled for a pasta dish that was just okay (I ended up stopping at Wendy’s after the show for him as he was still hungry). I had a pork dish that the waiter recommended that was just okay. I paid about $350 with a decent tip, but we won’t be returning. There are so many other better choices nearby.

The food was much better this time My only complaint was the waiter never came back and asked me if I wanted another cappuccino

Chanel was hands down the best server I’ve ever had, she kept us laughing and made sure we had refills and checked in on us in a timely manner. Best birthday dinner I ever had; all thanks to her!

The atmosphere was not cozy at all. We were looking for a more romantic, upper end Italian restaurant, which this was not. It was definitely upper end-ish, in the fact that it was in uptown. It was very bright because kitchen is exposed through a window. The entrees were just mediocre- we had the cannellini (dry) and chicken parm dishes. The appetizer bread and salads were delicious.Everything else was mediocre at best. This restaurant definitely does not seem authentic Italian, maybe more modern Italian feel. Service was extremely slow.

Great experience. Their menu has changed since I had been last, so I decided to try something new. Well that something wasnt to my liking and immediately the manager corrected it. Impeccable service, great prices, great ambiance. This is why I will return.

I went for dinner on New Year’s Eve and the food was delicious. We ordered the focaccia, calamari, carbonara and orecchiette. Every dish was warm and tasty. Our server was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Aria for a nice occasion or a date night! I will be back!!
