Two of the three diners felt the food was subpar, the third thought it was only par, and the waiter was sleepwalking through the meal.

I took a spill last week and have struggled being mobile. Last night I borrowed my mother’s cane to get around. After my group was seated, the maitre d brought me a pillow to support my back. It was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The wait staff was amazing as usual and the food was glorious (from the heart of a foodie). I was celebrating my daughter and a group of my friends. It was a perfect moment!!!

Our waiter was excellent and attentive. The food was very good. Our one concern/dissatisfaction was the Maitre'd" who prepared our food tableside, her hair was not tied back or covered in a net. There was another chef that had prepared most everyone's tableside dinners wearing the traditional white chefs clothing, short hair. He prepared the meals effortlessly with expertise. We felt our food was prepared by our Maitre'd who was also the receptionist and girl Friday. We felt a little cheated we didn't have the chef at our table. We were disappointed that a high end and 5 star rated restaurant didn't have hair requirements while preparing food. My wife is very aware and particular about hair in food. She prepares all our meals with her hair tied back or covered. If we were to return, we would not order a tableside meal. Respectfully, Dennis Foster

My wife and I celebrated her Birthday last night at the Atlantis Steakhouse in Reno. The service was excellent and the food was really fantastic! The filet sticks and pork belly lollypop appetizers were amazing. The sea bass was baked perfectly and the shrimp scampi (prepared tableside with a brilliant flambé) was beautiful and delicious. We had lemon drop martinis that were probably the best we've ever tasted. It was really a wonderful dining experience and we highly recommend you splurge and enjoy it for yourself!

Waited a long time to get drinks. Then when ordering I told the waitress I would like my steak medium to rare and my daughter ordered medium. Both came over cooked and dry. Waitress did not come back for some time so we just eat the over cooked steak. Then we had to ask 2 different service people to contact our waitress as I was needing more wine. Took an unreasonable amount of time to get the refill. Then they presented my wife and I a small cake for our anniversary, which was very nice, and they quartered it so we could share with our kids, BUT never brought us any plates. So we ate a piece and had to pass the plate. At $400 meal I expected much better service and quality of food. Very very disappointed. This meal was for our 42 year wedding anniversary and we hoped to have a much better experience and memory.

Had dinner at the steakhouse on Friday Nov 1st the food was wonderful, I had prime rib it was a huge piece of meat and cooked to perfection. Our server was Kaceey it may be spelled wrong he was awesome, both he and Chef Toney were friendly and cheerful. I requested Chef Toney because I enjoy talking to him and watching while he prepares our cherries Jubilee. I will definitely be back soon.

My mother and I really enjoyed our dinner here. Was my birthday, so they gave a complimentary baked Alaska, which was awesome. Always a great experience at Atlantis Steakhouse.
