                                                Buona esperienza in generale. Cibo molto buono. Peccato aver aspettato più di un’ora il piatto (e c’erano pochi clienti). Location molto carina.

                                                We used to dine at the Atwood years ago and decided to come back. We requested a window seat with our reservation, but were not offered one when we arrived. We didn't realize they serve bar food now. Our waitress was rude, my water had no ice, the menus were old, torn and dirty. My husband ordered cranberry juice... again no ice! We decided to leave and no one cared. Lost our business for good.

                                                Delia, We are sorry that we did not meet expectation when you joined us for dinner. Atwood has gone through many changes over the years especially after the pandemic. We always strive to accommodate in every way that we can however we can never guarantee a specific table in the restaurant. We would also like to apologize for the lack of ice in your drinks. We understand that this set the tone for the night and hope to make it up to you in the future.

                                                I gave this one star only because I could not give it 0. My wife and I took our granddaughter out for dinner and a play. We gave ourselves plenty of time (4:15 reservation) so that we could go to the Kris Kringle Market and get to the theater for the 6:30 performance. We ordered as soon as we could: a salad adding chicken and avocado and two sandwiches. After 45 minutes, we asked asked about our food. Tables who came in and ordered later had already been served. The food finally came. The salad was quite plain. My wife found a half-inch cube of avocado but could not locate more. Our sandwiches had cheese on them and the wrong sauce. The waiter took them back to correct this. After half an hour, we again asked where our food was and were told that they were busy (the restaurant was a bit over half full.) Most restaurants would rush an order when it is for a kitchen mistake. Not them. This means that we waited almost one and one-half hours for a salad and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were, at best, fair. One came back and, again, had cheese on it. I just scraped it onto a plate. They did not charge us for the sandwiches, but that did not begin to make up for the aggravation and the fact that we had to give up going to the market. As for ambience, there were boxes of food, bottles, etc. cluttering tables. If you want decent food and good service, do not go here.

We do everything we can to make sure all of our guests have a great experience. We are sorry that we failed to deliver.                                                 Unfortunately, we didn’t have such a great experience. The service was horrible and we waited over an hour and a half for our food.

                                                Ordered 2 drinks, 1 app, and 2 side salads. Food arrived quickly, which was appreciated. Drinks never arrived. Drinks should always arrive before or with food; after or never is not acceptable.

                                                I just love this place! It's my go-to for dinner before theatre. Somewhat limited dinner menu but everything is quality. Shout out to our waitstaff last night, Donny, for being so attentive to our timeline re: getting to the show. I had made a note when I made the reservation and he commented on it first thing. My friend and I shared the grilled cheese sandwich and the chop salad. The grilled cheese is the best I've had outside my home. Blend of cheeses and bacon jam (yum!); good bread. Chop salad was hearty - avocado and quinoa are a nice touch.
