A visit to our house is a unique way to relax and enjoy life's simple pleasures as well as our treasures from the sea. The word Bagatelle comes from the French and means "a trifle or a little nothing", often referring to a light, fun, yet not too serious spring time romance. The French brought their history of fine cuisine and their love of wine to the Caribbean Islands. It is in this tradition that we have combined our French heritage, southern hospitality and the indigenous tastes of the Florida Keys into the meals we prepare today. Our chefs blend the best of our locally caught fresh seafood, fresh produce and delicious tropical fruits for our tropical seafood dishes.

Purtroppo esperienza veramente negativa, abbiamo preso un tonno (buono) con noodles che erano invece una specie di spaghetti, tutto raffreddatissimo apposta…immagino lo chef abbia utilizzato una certa creatività ma con scarso risultato. Infine per secondo pesce fritto ma tutto fritto, cioè testa, coda, pinne e tutto attorcigliato…vi assicuro so come pulire un pesce ma questo era veramente impossibile! Insomma mi spiace ma in fallimento, a Key west ho mangiato bene o molto bene in tutti i posti tranne questo…peccato perché a leggere le varie recensioni avevamo tutt’altro genere di aspettative.

Cibo pessimo consigliatoci dal cameriere pesce immangiabile, incomprensibili le recensioni positive di altri avventori evidentemente non hanno mai frequentato ristoranti di pesce di qualità!

Showed up 10 minutes early. Was seated by the bathroom and by the back upstairs next to two loud drunk men. Plenty of tables to put us at a better location. As we were served by your wonderful waiter we had to listen to chatter of people waiting to use the single use bathrooms - and many times there were lines. We were going to ask one couple if they wanted a seat. So disappointed….Food was fabulous. Best filet and tuna was super fresh. Wish we were given better treatment by your hostess.

We had a pleasant dinner upstairs. Once the sun wasn’t in our eyes, it was much better. Food excellent, especially the black grouper

Tha service was very good. The food was delicious. It was well prepared and unique. The only complaint was we were seated at a small table next to the door kind if cramped but the food and the service made up for that.

The food is exquisite, the service excellent and environment is charming and understated. We dined on the upper balcony at the level of tree branches with views of the street. Lovely experience.

The food and service were wonderful! The noise on Duval was a little annoying but not the restaurants fault.

The food was good, though one of the food runners couldn’t properly identify that he had brought us the wrong salads. Had I known that the restaurant levies an additional 3% charge if paying by credit card, I would not have selected this restaurant, and I won’t be returning as long as that policy is in place. You either accept credit cards as payment or you don’t; it’s discriminatory to penalize those who pay that way.
