                                        We went on a Monday since they were closed on Wednesday. The ambiance was great but there were not many people there at 6 PM. We would definitely go back. The service was fantastic and food was terrific.

                                        Disappointed that we were not eating at Barn Diva as advertised but Barn Diva studio which is not nearly as charming a location. Food was good but potions were very small. Left hungry even after having an appetizer, meal and dessert. Service was very good.

                                        Dishes prepared beautifully. very precious servings. 1 egg in an order??? nothing on the plate with the hamburger? Very delicous but expensive

                                        We had higher expectations! The food was ok but served on cold plates and lukewarm when it arrived. The ambience is eclectic, the music was too loud and our table so dimly lit that we had to use our flash light on the phone to read the menu! Beware of 25.00/person cancellation fee if you don’t give at least 3 days notice!!! The place was half empty, go figure why they have that policy; also 20% Gratuity automatically added .

                                        Barndiva is our longtime go-to for fine dining while in the area and is a wonderfully elegant experience. From check-in to service to our meal, everything was perfect. We shared the winter salad with blood oranges, tender leaves and fruits dressed sweet and citrusy with toasted pecans and creamy goat cheese, it was fresh and delicious. My husband always orders the steak frites-he claims they make the best fries anywhere. The house-made bucatini was tossed with mushrooms, broccolini and fresh herbs and was the perfect bite. I regularly save room for dessert and you should too! For Valentine’s weekend they served up red velvet cake-need I say more? Reservations are a must. Ample parking is available in nearby public lots. Outdoor dining in a beautiful garden setting is available weather permitting.

                                        Appetizers - oysters - very good; croquettes - tasty; trout tartare - very good Crispy chicken - very mediocre Duck entree - good but small portion and nothing much more on plate Trout - very good Drinks - old fashioned and martinis not as good as Dry Creek Kitchen Wine - nice red but quite pricey Overall, it was good but nothing exceptional about the experience
