                                                            My husband and I have been dining here for years and it still remains our go to for a special night out. From the champagne to the meal, it was excellent. My Husband especially likes the bread which is served warm from a server who’s carrying it in a basket. All in all perfect!

                                                            I believe they were a little understaffed, which resulted in a slow service and a grumpy waitress. still, good food - a touch pricy - and a wonderful setting.

                                                            This was our 2nd time here at the Bistro and as before, everything was superb! Service was 1st class, quick, excellent explanations and recommendations if we asked. I have a particular food allergy and the staff bent over backwards to help avoid that and insure my meal was exquisite and safe. The drinks were excellent, the food awesome and we swore we would make it for a 3rd time. I suppose a warning is due, the restaurant is top-drawer, meaning it’s not cheap - either in price or in the quality of the food and the service. There’s an old expression that you get what you pay for, I think the Bistro exceeds that !!! We strongly recommend also getting there early and enjoying the bar!!

                                                            Kate’s service was fantastic. The timing of each course was perfect. We were never rushed but the pace was efficient which is important with starving teenage boys. The hangar steak, salmon and coq au vin were excellent. The ribeyes and filets were good. I love the festive and lively atmosphere but it was a bit loud for grandpa. Can't wait to return.

                                                            This is our first time back in a while and had a great experience. We made a point to put it on our regular rotation again. Alyssa the server was a refreshing level of service. We have not had service like that since beginning of COVID.

                                                            Fantastic dining experience. We enjoyed the salmon and ribeye entrees which were cooked perfectly. As appetizer we split the Roquefort salad with its heavenly cheese and apples on endive and watercress. Every bite is like heaven. We ordered a lovely Pinot Gris from their extensive selection of French wines. We sat right next to the windows facing the lake so the view can’t be missed. The service from staff was impeccable as it is every time we visit. Always a pleasure and joy to dine here.

                                                            Another incredible meal at Lake Park Bistro! I had the Hangar Steak and Frites for the first time and was so glad I ordered it. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly (I ordered it Medium with some pink). I got the herb butter on the side and can honestly say I barely used it as the steak did not need anything additional. The frites were nice and crispy. I dipped the frites in a side of garlic aioli, highly recommend!! I enjoyed my meal with a smooth glass of Pinot Noir, which paired well with the steak. I had a window seat and enjoyed watching the snow fall outside. And I love sitting in this room and enjoying the mood- romantic dim lighting with lamps and candles. The service here is always top-notch. I never feel rushed and the servers are always very attentive and friendly. Shout out to Morgan for being so lovely!
