We had a lovely brunch at Lake Park Bistro. Our servers were attentive and took very good care of us. The food was spectacular as always. Highly recommend.

We have always had a good experience at Lake Park bistro. This was not the best experience. We had a 7:00 reservation and they were already out of one of the prefix menu items. Considering it was a limited menu, we were very surprised that they were out of a menu item this early in the evening and very unapologetic. There were also some other minor issues with cocktails and our bill which were corrected, but it definitely wasn’t a five star experience. Not sure we will be back.

My wife and I dined for Valentine's Day on 2/15. We were seated promptly. It took a bit to get acknowledged at the table. We had two different servers. They were both friendly and attentive. It just seemed like the drink service took longer than expected. I wish it wasn't a prix fixe menu, but I did know this going in so it wasn't a surprise. The food was great overall. I do think the price for the prix fixe menu was a bit high for what I got (especially since I'd normally skip the soup and dessert and splurge on a high end main course). Highlights were the mushroom soup and the fish. I opted for the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. I only had two small disappointments: 1) The lack of potatoes and mushrooms with my steak as they were listed as an accompaniment, but I only received about 2 of each. 2) The dessert variety. This is a personal thing as I don't particularly care for fruit in my dessert. I ended up having to settle for the creme brulee which was good, but just basic. To be fair, my wife had a chocolate and cherry dessert that she loved. The space is a bit packed in an noisy, but it is beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high end meal. I would just recommend going when there is not a prix fixe menu.

Incredible service and setting. The food was good but the steak was significantly overcooked. Last two experiences were ok but the service and views still give it a leg up.

They were open during a blizzard when the rest of the city shut down. Quality and consistency is always amazing. Probably the best restaurant in Milwaukee.

My first brunch and it was delicious. It’s a prix fixe and the portions are generous. I really enjoyed the rillettes de saumon, unctuous yet light.

Great anniversary dinner. Need to read menu carefully as often things we aren’t familiar with - so the tasting menu gave us the opportunity to try new things.
