We reserved a high top in CBar. It was perfect to watch the groomers on the mountain and fun to see a sled load up to take people up to Beanos. Seemed like everyone sitting around us was having a great time! Great night! Thanks!

We had a reunion with servers from previous restaurants this trip. Beaver Creek at its finest with a small town friendliness. Alex, our server tonight, provided good recommendation for food and wine selection. We had the filet-excellent, tender with good flavor. Also the special Adobo Braised Pork shank.- fall off the bone tender and moist; a substantial portion.

Children playing with the front rotating door as we entered set a bad tone. Not being acknowledged at the hostess stand in a timely manner sealed the deal as far as me returning . Wouldn’t go back

The ambiance would be so much better without the canned overhead lighting but overall we had a good experience.

This is our 3rd year in a row to celebrate our grandsons birthday here! We initially had a reservation for 5 and just a few hours before they were able to let us include 2 more on a busy Friday evening! Food and service was wonderful!

Year after year the Chop House doesn’t miss a beat. The food and service remain top knotch. Expect to pay $100 per person with drinks, but this is on par for high end resort restaurants.

The Chophouse in Beaver Creek is an excellent restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We started with an order of the sourdough bread which was crusty and warm. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and it was juicy and tender. It came with mixed vegetables and couscous. We also shared the key lime pie which was tasty. The servicer was very quick and very attentive. The bartender also took very good care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant in Beaver Creek!

Was not a good experience, we ended up leaving early. We had reservations, booked months in advanced, there was a wait for our table, they sat us in a corner next to the bathrooms and service door. We were excited to eat at this restaurant, we brought our children and was looking forward to the magician. However the reason we left was because our waiter treated us as if we were second best. He was very attentive to a table of 10 people, but it was as if we were not there. We asked for bottle water and sparkling water. Both came out warm and the glasses we were given had no ice. We asked for ice and we were brought one glass full of ice and were informed to poor the ice in each glass. This restaurant is a premium and we do not mind paying a premium, however, we can’t justify paying a premium and only to be treated poorly. We ordered adult beverages and appetizers. The adult drinks did not show up until after the appetizers were eaten, the children’s drinks did not show up at all, and the order was wrong. We had had enough, and asked for our check without ordering any entrees. The waiter was well aware we were not happy but did not seem to care. His focus was on the bigger table. When the check arrived, it was wrong- we were charged for 2 Shirley temples that never arrived, they had to fix it two times, and then the waiter forgot to return our card. We felt unwanted and it was not a good experience. It was very unfortunate, because we came to this establishment 2 years ago with another family and we had a great experience. It seems the lack of attention to details and to the customer has really brought this restaurant down.
