    Had 745 reservations… waited two hours before finally giving up. Horrible reservation system

    I am struggling to find a reason to award even one star. We arrived at 620 for our 630 reservation. The lobby was packed. The host was screaming out names. They looked like they had no control over the mass waiting to be seated. We were not seated for over an hour after getting there. Ordered a vodka cranberry and it was pure cranberry. They were out of Sapporo. Food was delicious, as usual. I would not recommend eating at Anaheim. Service is obviously not their priority. An hour for a table? Really? Give me a break.

    We had reservations for 6:00 and were not seated till 7:30. Have had great experiences before at other Benihana restaurants, but while our chef was very friendly and a food cook, his lack of English speaking ability took away from the interactive experiences we’ve had before

    Made reservation for 5:15 and didn’t get seated til 6:30- they said they purposely over booked reservations

    Food and service were great. We had reservation and had to wait almost an hour. Many waited close to 2 hours with a reservation. It was Christmas Day, but still. On the other hand, they did not charge extra for it being Christmas, so that was good. Also, please be aware that if you say yes to the fried rice, there is a separate charge above and beyond the 5-course meal. I asked if it was included and was told it was, but then charged. And if you want to pay for it, I would suggest 1 serving per 2 people is more than enough.

    Great experience! Christmas Day can be crazy, but the staff at Benihana made it a great day. We did wait about 45 minutes past our reservation time, but were seated promptly and had a great chef! (Chefsito) who balanced his great cooking skills with a warm sense of humor. Food was great. Server was attentive and kept the drinks filled. Even though it sure was a crazy day for dining out, it was really awesome!

    Had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to get seated despite making a reservation.. It was Christmas but it seems like they way overbooked.

    Tonight we had the privilege of having Sophia as a server and Tony as a chef what a wonderful experience we had everything was perfect. Our food was delicious and our drinks were never empty.!
