I love this place, usually. But on this night, it was cold outside. We were seated at a Hibachi table on the side to the right of the entrance that's separated by some decorative panels. The temperature of the dining room in that part of the restaurant was literally ICE cold. Everyone in my party had to wear their outdoor coats throughout our meal. We complained four times and were repeatedly told it would get warmer. One staff member was clumsy enough to ensure that the dining area would warm up once the Hibachi table was turned on. Well, guess what? It didn't get warmer. The manager literally did nothing to make things better. $360 meal. So disappointing. Benihana can do better.

I have not been to this new location. I use to go to the location near the metro. The quality and experience has not changed. Great food, service, and experience.

We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday - mostly for the entertainment that comes with the chef cooking live at your table. What we got was possibly a trainee chef who didn't provide any of the entertainment that we saw going on at other tables, overcooked some foods, served foods in the wrong order and was generally just not comfortable with what they were doing. It was a very expensive meal - would've expected a lot more on offer at that price point.

Excellent food and phenomenal service! It was a bit pricey, but you pay for the show as well as the food.

Management was very receptive to my concerns. Waitress Nina was extremely rude and condescending. Food preparer was extremely nice. We love to visit this area as adults and with our kids, but I vow to never visit this location ever again. Respectfully
