First relatively poor experience at this location. The table chef was not very exciting and seemed to even cut it short. Another chef came up and told him something and it seemed to me that it altered his performance and then things went faster than normal. Food seemed smaller portions and more expensive (par for the course these days I guess). Usually the entertainment of the chef helps ease the pain of the bill (around $500 for 5 adults and 3 kids with no alcohol purchase’s)…not tonight at all. Pretty sure after today we will choose other similar restaurants instead of making an hour drive just for this place. Very disappointed…

We took out 11 year old son for his birthday and our 6 year old! They both has a great time and loved the food! They loved watching their food being prepared right in front of them!

Have dined at this restaurant on several occasions. Usually have a decent experience; however, this time was a little disappointing. Although, the service was good, it was slow. It was cold (draft from outside), and the restroom was the kicker….absolutely terrible. When dining at a restaurant of this scale, you expect the restroom to be maintained. The menu is on the pricier side and one would expect a clean and decent atmosphere.

We visit a Benihana often, one of favorite places to eat. The past trip had great tasting food and chef was a good person, however I was shorted on my fried rice as he gave rice to other people who were sharing a plate, they got 2 full orders and not enough left for me, he went to the back with a container of fried rice without chicken in it, I didn’t order a container of rice, I prefer fresh cooked in front of me.

The chef was great! Our server was sub-par. She forgot things we ordered and wasn't around much. I figured she had a bunch of tables...found out she only had 2. But it was SO loud in the restaurant; it was full to overflowing. It's likely we won't go back on a Friday or Saturday again.

Enjoyed a nice birthday dinner with family although the noise from the exhaust fan was very loud

We had a great time! The service was good. Our server was on top of orders, refills, and checked in on a regular basis. Chef Jordan was fantastic! He cooked everything perfectly and was great with the kids at the table.
