Had reservations still waited over an hour to be seated. No apology or explanation. Worst cook ever, left table several times didn’t bring correct stuff for everyone’s orders. Dropped items repeatedly, very messy and overall just bad. Restaurant was out of several things even rice at one point!

We arrived for our reservation in the bar dining area and waited 25 minutes with no service so we chose to leave.

It was so cold in the restaurant and once we got seated, 45 minutes after our reservation, the cook turned on the oven vent, only to make it colder. We ordered appetizers and never got them and because the cold air was blowing in, the food was served cold. Overall, disappointed and overpriced for the service and food. Total let down.

Jose put on a show for the table tonight. He was the best Hibachi chef and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Chef Randall was wonderful. The waitress was very disengaged. We sat with empty water glasses most of the meal. Food was wonderful.

Server was horrible he kept forgetting to bring silver wear never came to check on our table for refills don’t recommend

Booked a reservation a month in advance for Valentine’s Day. Showed up for our 615pm reservation time and there were tons of people standing around waiting. We checked in and the host didn’t say anything about wait time. After 15 minutes, we asked for an update on how long to be seated and were told one hour. That would mean being seated at 730pm for our 615pm reservation time. The hostess said that they had been very backed up since before 5pm. I was with my wife and our toddler and there was no way he could wait that late to be seated and eat dinner. By this time we couldn’t get in anywhere else because it was Valentine’s Day. Ended up going down the street to Red Robin out of desperation. Very disappointed as is our son who was excited for the hibachi.

This was a super expensive dinner for such a place. We’ve been there before but was never this expensive or small portions and the restaurant overall was pretty dirty. Needs a lot of work unfortunately. But our chef was fabulous. We could’ve eaten at a much better place for this cost and won’t be back unless that changes.

Great experience. We had a baby so we were a bit nervous about her possibly crying and disrupting the other people at our table. The older couple next to us adored her and were lovely. The chef was good but could have been a bit more interactive, we have had some very fun chefs in the past. The service was great, server kept our drinks full and kept asking if everything was good. We got seated on time with our reservation. The manager even gave us a $10 gift card at the end and we thought that was great. We used it to go towards a bottle of plum wine to go on our way out. Altogether lovey experience! We will be back as always.

We love Benihana but the experience this time around was not great. We were sat 45 min after our reservation time. Our table was sat before a neighboring table, however that table received their soups, salads, and chef before our table. There was a draft on our seats that cause our food to get cold within minutes of being served. We decided to take our food home rather than eat there.
