Made reservation at 6:30, but wasn’t seated until almost 7pm. Also, if I hadnt reviewed my bill I would have been charged incorrectly. Charges for other people sitting at our table was on my bill.

Our table wasn’t ready until an hour after our reservation, even though when we checked in on time we were told there was a 20 to 30 minute delay. Did not actually get a first bite of food served until two hours after our reservation. We were celebrating my child’s birthday, and they never even came to sing the song that we heard throughout the rest of the restaurant. Never going back.

Long wait times even if you have a reservation. We had a reservation for 8:30, seated at 9pm, did not start food preparation until almost 10pm, out at 11pm. Room was filled with smoke (before cooking even started) and they had space heaters in the room because it was so cold.

Had the 5 course meal. Soup was cold, rice was thick and sticky. The server was not attentive. The chef turned the fan on the wrong way as he left and all of our food was instantly freezing. We were not offered our hot tea after the meal. It took almost 20 minutes to get the bill paid because the server was so busy with other tables. Yes the cooking was entertaining, but the overall experience was terrible. We will not be returning.

Had reservations still waited over an hour to be seated. No apology or explanation. Worst cook ever, left table several times didn’t bring correct stuff for everyone’s orders. Dropped items repeatedly, very messy and overall just bad. Restaurant was out of several things even rice at one point!

It was so cold in the restaurant and once we got seated, 45 minutes after our reservation, the cook turned on the oven vent, only to make it colder. We ordered appetizers and never got them and because the cold air was blowing in, the food was served cold. Overall, disappointed and overpriced for the service and food. Total let down.

Jose put on a show for the table tonight. He was the best Hibachi chef and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Chef Randall was wonderful. The waitress was very disengaged. We sat with empty water glasses most of the meal. Food was wonderful.
