    Tutto bene se non fosse che dopo esserci stato devi portare tutti gli abiti in lavanderia per la scarsa aspirazione dei fumi e degli odori. Se correggessero quel grave problema sarebbero quasi perfetto

    We love the food freshly made. Everything tasted delicious. Our cook did an excellent job and was comical as well. We had a good server who checked with us periodically. We enjoy coming to Benihana's. Our only complaint is the menu prices. Like everything else they continually go up. Also, the menus weren't updated with the latest price increases. A small bowl of chicken fried rice is $7 and if you want it spicy (all they do is add some hot sauce) its an extra $2. We used to come several times a year to eat, but the high prices have limited our visits to birthdays only. Our bill was $99 total for two individual meals and one lemonade. If you can afford to splurge however, the food is great.

    I had a 630 reservation, didn’t get seated until around 7:30. After being seated, it took forever for a server to come. It was after 8 o’clock before we even got soup and a salad. The tables were small and they still put eight people and a baby at one. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hibachi restaurant. I will not return.

    Very small portions at our table. Not even a full bowl of rice. We received 5 small pieces of zucchini, chef burnt other items and was lazy with his cooking. My wife and I could not believe this experience we have been at this restaurant several times over the years. Now you have increased all pricing and the overall experience is terrible. Very disappointed and will not return again.

    The wait was very long for everything. We sat about 20 minutes before a server arrived at our table. Staff were blaming each other for the delays instead of taking ownership for the delays. The manager did stop by and offered everyone a free appetizer which was nice but, those took another 25 minutes to arrive due to the “difficulty” of the dish ordered. I went to the bar to get my own drink because those took longtime as well. Our table did our best to make the best of the situation but I was pretty hard to stay positive. The chef “Izzy” was really cool and entertaining so that made up for a lot of the missteps.

    Had a 7:00 reservation for 2 to celebrate a birthday. Was told they were running 25-30 minutes behind so we waited at the bar. After inquiring several times we were finally seated 1.5 hours after our reservation time. We were seated with a party of 8 who was “ in a hurry” so we were rushed through dinner to accommodate the other party. Not the best birthday experience. However when the manager made his rounds I voiced my concern and he compensated us quite well so thank you for your generous customer service

    There was an inordinate wait, both to be seated and once we were seated. There was only one other party at a hibachi table, so we couldn't understand the reason for the wait. Our waiter was back and forward between our table and the other party, so even drinks were delayed. The wait for a cook was even longer. You can do better!
