Just 1 stars all around. I never even got to experience eating the food. Me and my girlfriend had a reservation for 6 PM. We walked in on time & were standing in the front for almost 30 minutes before being greeted. When we finally got seated, it took longer than 15 minutes to get greeted, so we went back to the entrance to try to get a booth by the bar. Guess what. We had to wait another 20 minutes before someone other than the host sat us. Then it gets better, we had to wait another 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Literally, by the time she came to introduce herself, my girlfriend was already upset and wanted to leave. We had a whole day planned and dinner couldn’t even go right. I’ve been to a couple of Benihana’s & this is by far the worst one EVER! There’s no excuse the service is so bad & without an apology. Don’t waste your time here please

Great place to take my 10-year old niece. We had a great chef named Rick. Loved it.

As soon as we walked in Judi Chambers was very nice and extremely welcoming! I am in a walking boot and she went and got me a chair to sit on while we waited for our table. Our Chef Julio was absolutely amazing and our waitress (I forgot her name) was really nice and helpful. Dinner was great!!!

Last night dinner was increible. The server was very attentive and courtous. The cooker was amazing. I had a bad expirience at Beninhana last year and didnt want to go back BUT my friend wanted to go and believe me was worth it. BUT the prices had gone up. I used to order the Ocean Delights for $38 and now is $52.00.

I made reservations for 4 at 9pm but was seated at 9:40 pm. Waste of time making reservations. Did Hibachi and the cook started my table at 10:40 pm. Then they moved our table due to the table not turning on (They should know which table is working or which is on at the time to cook) cook did his cooking quick because we started to eat at 11:30. We had to tell our hibachi cook to get us drinks because waiter didn’t come around at all. Food was ok but it was really late to eat and ended up leaving after the restaurant literally closed.

Had 9 pm reservation. Waited to be sat until 10:00. Then the staff forgot to turn the tapan table on, so had to switch tables an hour into sitting. Didn’t end up eating until 12 am.

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday and we had reservations for 5:30pm. we got seated exactly at 5:30pm and finally got the cook(Rick) at 6:30pm, he was great. He was funny, and food was seasoned nicely. Rick saved the night with his humor and good food. The waiter never came back for a long time to see if we need water for just to check with us. He didn’t ask if we would like dessert then told us only had ice cream. I said you do t have banana tempura , he had to check . We order two of them and only got 2 spoons and there were 5 of us!! The bill took forever to get. We were there for 3hours!! Unacceptable!!! How disappointing. We went there for New Year’s Eve and had a great time and there for 1.5hours.

We decided to sit in the booths by the bar instead of the Teppan Communal Seating. It was three of us and it was 4:45 p.m. on 2/16/25. We ordered three Taste of Benihana ($39.00 each). Our waitress, Odalis was very nice and kind, but very short staffed and over worked. We basically had to flag her down to refill our water glasses. She was too busy preparing drinks at the bar for the Teppan tables and did not have time to service our table. It also took her forever to bring our check at the end of our meal. Our appetizer and food arrived and all was fine with the exception of the chicken fried rice. It tasted bland and was obviously missing ingredients. It actually tasted like plain brown rice. Not sure what happened with the rice, but that is not what we are used to at Benihana. We mentioned the rice issue to Odalis and she brought us chicken fried rice cooked at one of the Teppan tables and it tasted as it should. We also ordered a to go item and when we got home it was the same bland rice missing ingredients. Not sure what happened this time, but the service needs to improve and perhaps review the fried rice basics with the new staff. We are and have always been huge Benihana supporters, however, we do expect excellent service and delicious food.
