   The soup was cold. They charge $7.00 a piece for a child’s side of fried rice. They charge $21.00 for chicken and a small bowl of ice cream. I asked about how they cook the food, and asked for it to be cooked just in butter and they put soy sauce on it. I prefer if spending more than $80.00 on a meal for it to be top tier.

   We've been going here every year for my birthday for the last 16 yrs. But I have to say, that the experience is going down hill. First the prices are way over priced for what you get. The steak and lobster used to be$35-$40 dollars, now its $61. The quality of the beef didn't get any better. The little salad you get was dry and old. And the chef show is really watered down. Its almost like they don't care any more and its just a money grab. Which is very sad. I use to spend about $120 for me an my four family members, last time it was $290.00. Sorry Benihana but I'm going to have to find another restaurant to celebrate my Birthday at.

   Came in for another Beautiful Benihana Experience but was sadly disappointed🥹 We had an Absolute Amazing Time prior visit I wanted to make this visit memorable as well.but it didn’t turn out that way.Multiple prior visits I’ve came in as date night.First time I bring the kids it was Amazing and Funny.The Chef was very Vocal and Entertaining so I wanted them to experience another Great Experience for Easter but Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I ordered the Hibachi Steak Medium well and he over cooked it!But did redo the steak. I received 3 shrimp cut in half which made that 6 pieces.I was BAFFLED 🤭💀 Me and my Family love it here And would like to feel love as well! Do Better🥹

   The food, service, and ambiance were all great. My only complain is the wait time even with a reservation.

   Our service was not that good and keep saying it was very busy and it took a very long time to get our drinks before our meal , then we order additional drinks before we started eating and never received then, so we canceled them after we ate our sherbet. The food was prepared just fine but our chef was so plain guy. We have eaten at Benihana’s many many times for special occasions and he just had No personality like the other tables around us. The kids Always enjoy the show and this time just not much to it. Did the train fire 🔥 good and the tossing of the shrimp tails but not much else. We will be back for another special occasion, just hope the show is a little better.. Thank you, Jerry

   It was a wonderful experience our Chef Euseph was fantastic and his food was delicious. Only issue was some of the plates were dirty. Thank you for a great time. We will be back.

   They were over booked with large parties & we waited almost 1 hour for the cook to come cook out food.

   Love a classic Benihana experience. It’s old fashioned and charming. Our chef didn’t seem that into it, but he got the job done. Our waitress was good but it seemed like everyone was just going through the motions. I think happier staff would help the vibe.

    Used to be pretty solid. Good was average at best. Cook was awful. Our waitress was very good.
