We went for my birthday, had a birthday coupon, however, they did not honor it because it was a Saturday. I guess they only accept the Monday-Thursday. And for the same price, you get a much better experience at Mt Fuji. We didn’t have any table participation from the Chef (like the broccoli fling or the sake/lemonade). And we didn’t get noodles or any veggies (only got 4 small pieces of zucchini). Overall the staff was nice and prompt but the restaurant just wasn’t the same fun experience we had at Mt Fuji.

Our server and chef were great! Even though it was a busy night we didn't feel rushed or forgotten.

We are very loyal Benihana customers. This was by far our most disappointing experience. Our waiter was absolutely terrible, botched order, was not present until after we had our food and then was hurrying us out the door. While the food was very good, the “chef“ completely phoned it in. We shared the table with a family who had two children, he never did anything entertaining, which is part of the experience of Benihana. The only piece of the act he did was the volcano and it was rushed and done very poorly. We will not ever return to this location and suggest others in Colorado frequent the Broomfield location rather than this one as the quality in service has dropped dramatically.

The restaurant was extremely overbooked. We had a reservation and we were seated an hour after our reservation time. All groups with reservations were being seated about a hour late.

We had a reservation for 6 at 5:30 on Sat 8th. We weren’t seated until 6:15. That is entirely too long of a wait WITH a reservation. We had two young children with us and don’t handle waiting for food well. Do better next time - if there is a next time.
