Welcome to Benihana and a dining experience unlike any other! Our guests are seated at communal tables in groups, where your personal chef will perform the ancient art of Teppanyaki.     Great experience. The food, service, and chef were fantastic. Paco is a very talented chef. We had a great time filled with laughter and tasty food.

    Great food, service was amazing, and the full value of the entertainment is great. Eating out has gotten very expensive, but the prices here are not up that much, and the amount of food you get is great. Our filet was perfectly cooked, and everyone had a great time.

    Exceptionally tasty food, big portions, as expected at a Benihana. However, we were not warned that fried rice with my husband's hibachi dinner would cost extra over white rice. We were simply asked 'fried rice or steamed rice?'. And then interestingly, I never received my steamed white rice until I asked a staff member while getting up to use the restroom. I prefer brown rice, which they also did not have. 12 oz Japanese beers were $8 each which I feel is too much. Overall, it was very bland chain restaurant service, again as expected, but given a $150 bill, it just makes sense to go to other Asian restaurants in Key West, rather than Benihana.

    Such a fun experience! Our chef was entertaining and the food was delicious! Good drinks and plenty of food!

    Service was fabulous. The price of an entree was very high, you get a lot of food but the quality is not great.

    I was surprised to see that there were two separate tipping categories. one for the server and one for the chef. I wasn’t sure what percentage to tip. Our chef was great as usual. I’ve had him before. He is very entertaining and engaging with us. Great conversation as well as a good show and a lot of fun. The server was subpar. I asked for two different types of sake that apparently were not available and it was frustrating because there was a rush to get our orders before we had time to decide on drinks or what to eat. She was rushing us through our meal. We had three kids dinners and we were not offered the ice cream at the end. She was no where around to ask after we paid our bill. She was trying to get the table cleared before we were even done eating so it just felt that we were being rushed out the door.
