Chef overcooked my tuna steak. A second was sent and that one was also overcooked and tasted bad. Our server was very attentive and helpful. This is the only time I’ve ever not enjoyed my meal at Benihana.

Is a mixed review: let’s start with the food, always delicious, well prepared and good quality. We have been to Benihana many times because of the food and the experience. Sadly this time, the experience was nonexistent. Our chef had little interaction with the table, there was no volcano show or rice heart show. We looked around the other tables, they were enjoining a show but we had none. Our table consisted of two parties and we both left disappointed that we didn’t a great experience. We didn’t even take pictures!

Chow is the best!! He always makes sure to cook the food the exact way you want it ! He is entertaining and personable. And his food is ALWAYS great! Ask for CHOW when you go to this location.

Horrible service, food was mediocre and the chef didn’t do any tricks and it was very disappointing

We originally made a reservation for 7, but due to an emergency one of our party had to leave, so we came in as a party of 6. We found out after we were seated the other party member was able to come back and have dinner. I went to the host and requested if there was any way that we could fit the 7th person in since we had just placed our order. The host went out of his way to make sure that the seventh person in our party was able to be seated able to eat with us and the waitress who was helping get drinks and rice was there at his side to get him everything that he needed. It was really wonderful and incredible experience and I really appreciate the extra effort of the host and the staff to accommodate our one late guest. 10/10 Thank you so much for making our night! The food was outstanding as always but the service was really appreciated and off the charts.

Seated on hibachi table for dinner . There were families with very young children at each table , therefor not a recommendation for those looking for a quiet date night. Chef was friendly, food was good. I ordered the waygu beef as the waitress assured me it was from Japan. I would not recommend spending the additional $ for this cut of beef. It was not worth it. Chewy , very fatty and I was very disappointed . I ordered it med rare , I asked chef to cook a touch more which he did but it did not improve the experience. Otherwise, overall it was okay. Shrimp were good , my husband enjoyed his scallops.
