   Our chef Jose was spectacular and food he makes is the best! Our server was attentive and our glass never ran out

   Things were below average. We didn’t receive parts of the “six course meal.” It felt rushed to check out. I have been to many places like this one and this was over priced for the value of what you receive.

   We had a good experience overall! My only concern is that we had a reservation and although we were on time, we were not seated for 30 minutes. That’s annoying! They should do a better job at seating parties timely. I would have rated them excellent, had it not been for having to wait so long.

   Food was amazing the chef was professional never had food this good at Benihana before everything was very tasty service was really good also and they sat us right on time of our reservation this

   Terrible experience. The chef did not put on any type of show. We had 3 kids, and were expecting a show, but left with disappointment.

   Our chef (Jasmine) was outstanding. The food Jasmine prepared was excellent as well as the experience. The service was terrible.

   Even tho it was our servers 4th day there, she did an outstanding job.. She was very helpful and attentive. As many times as I been to Benihana she has been the best.. For only to be her 4th day..

    Had a reservation for 7:15. Was seated around 7:50 and did not have a waiter at 8:40. Me and my party of four got up and left at that time. We ended up going to Osaka in Cordova. Was very disappointed in the overall experience. Benihana is a place I like to eat at. This is the third experience in a row that I was not satisfied with.
