   El servicio fue pésimo, no los dieron lo que correspondía en la cena, y nos cobraron cosas que según ellos nos dieron, no creo regresar

   I enjoyed every minute of it, great service, nice atmosphere, food was very good, and our chef was very polite and friendly. He gets an A+

   Hostess made a mistake and gave our table to another party. We had to wait more than one hour after the original reservation. Manager did his best to accommodate us.

   The server was not good at all. Never came to refill drinks and forgot everything that we asked for even though we kept reminding him. I never can get a good server when I come to this place. I love the food when I can get a good chef but the servers. I never had a good one, not even a decent one

   This location is brand new. I enjoyed every second including the wonderful customer service who helped move my reservation at the last minute. The food was wonderful. I will definitely return for the customer service and vibes

   Worst dining experience ever. Was seated at 8, didn’t get our drinks until 8:30, no chef at our table at 9 pm. They said it would be another half hour so we just left. Worst dining experience ever.

   My daughter's birthday was ruined yesterday. The restaurant had a power failure and apparently had no back up generators. It was a waste of time and nothing waa done to accommodate the guests.

   I had an 8 o’clock reservation, but I wasn’t seated until 830. I was on time even a few minutes early and my entire party was there and ready, but it still took them a half an hour to see us promptly ordered and they didn’t start cooking our food until 10 PM. By the time we were done eating it was 1115. We were celebrating my birthday. I let our server know that I had a birthday coupon but no point in the evening when we had dessert which both my friend and husband had ice cream did they sing happy Birthday that was very disappointing. We do this every year as a tradition but due to the bad experience, this might be the last.

    Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday, April 6th — a very special date for me: my anniversary with my husband. We made a reservation for 9:00 PM and arrived on time, but were told our table wasn’t ready yet. We were asked to wait at the bar, so we ordered a drink while we waited. So far, that was acceptable. But when the table was finally ready, they led us to the back to be seated — and to our surprise, it was with a group of strangers we didn’t know. We had reserved a table for two, as a couple, and there was no reason we should be seated with other people. What’s worse, we’ve visited this location multiple times as a couple and have always been seated at a private table. Why was this time different — and on such a special night? The service was completely disappointing, and after waiting so long, we didn’t even get to have dinner. By the time we left, other restaurants had already closed, and we were told there was nothing they could do. What should have been a beautiful evening turned into a total mess. Not only was it a lack of organization, but also a lack of basic customer care. We’re extremely disappointed.
