    Our reservation was at 7pm, we didn't get our hibachi chef until close to 8:30pm. The amount of food for that price is ridiculous! Plus the food was bland, not everyone got an ice cream, extra for fried rice, the salad was from a bag, mushroom soup instead of miso soup and this is supposely a Japanese restaurant? And only vegetables is mushrooms, zucchini and onions. Nothing else and those are all cheap vegetables. Never would we be going back there. This is why we stick to AYCE Korean BBQ, because it is less expensive, all the meat/food we can eat and way worth the price.

    Patrick was an amazing waiter - the best! He made us feel so welcomed. And Tam was a fabulous hibachi chef, funny and skilled. We had a table just for our family of 8, which made it extra special.

    The service and the waiters and waitresses and the staff in our chef was great. The atmosphere was great and to celebrate my birthday with you guys at Benihana’s was awesome as well thank you again.

    It’s been a while since we last visited Benihana, so we decided to go for Thanksgiving lunch with my family. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn’t order from the lunch menu, which was disappointing. This policy should have been communicated clearly on their website or through a dedicated holiday menu. We ended up paying full price for all our entrées, which would have been acceptable if the food and service lived up to previous experiences. Sadly, the soup and salad dressing were overly salty and inedible, while the entrées were bland. To add to the disappointment, our host appeared unhappy and seemed reluctant to be working on Thanksgiving, which affected the overall atmosphere. The one bright spot of the visit was the chef, who was friendly and did his best to entertain us. However, at $75 per person, the experience just wasn’t worth it
