We ordered the Land & Sea. Everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were superb and the timing perfect. Jacob our chef made our dining experience great… he was charming, professional and overall entertaining. He seasoned our meal just right. We visit the restaurant often but never has the food tasted as good as it did yesterday.

Food was good, however server was quick to give us the bill( party of 4 was $300) at the end. And forgot to give us our dessert when it was included.

At the very beginning before he started cooking, we had a chef who dropped his spatula on the floor, picked it up, wiped it with his towel, and proceeded to cook with it.

We had a really wonderful chef, Eric, who took great care of us. The food was amazing and so well prepared. He was very conscientious about someone at our table with a food allergy to shrimp. He just made the whole experience awesome.

This is my second visit at this location within the past month and the service from the chefs has been extremely unacceptable. For whatever reason both chefs gave me the wrong cut of meat, and when I corrected them on it, they basically argued with me about it. This last visit on 11/20 we walked out before our dinner could be served, we were over it. I did call and speak with the manager, Mike. I'm hoping this location makes some major improvements asap.

Our Puente Hills Benihana server was attentive, pleasant, and professional and chef Gavin was wonderful. I told him he should be paid more for his great personality.
