    You should have at least two people running the front /reception area Today /Thanks Giving/was a special day but it was hectic Unorganized, I love your place but it was not a good dining experience

    It was not your typical visit to Benihana. We didn't get the usual show that they put on but just got our food cooked on the Teppanyaki Grill. The food was good and the service was excellent.

    We have come to Benihana many times over the years. Our last visit was not as good as in the past first of all parking is very limited and they charge you 8 dollars for valet. The front staff was very friendly as well as our waitress. We had to wait over an hour to get our chef. He was not very friendly seemed overwhelmed. He overcooked the lobster and the food was very salty. Our waitress was amazing and tried to make up for some of the shortcomings.

    They were great. Everything is too expensive now, Benihana included. But it was great, and our chef Santiago and server Nathan were awesome

    I’ve been to Benihana many many times. Unfortunately this time was a mess. We had seven people at the table and were celebrating a birthday. The food is always good and consistent. However, the service was very bad. We had times we didn’t see our server for 20 minutes we had Bowls and cups and plates piling up empty. Drinks weren’t being refilled. They sent two other servers over, which both were trying to help. And at the very end of the night, our server finally came back. But by then it was already a very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday
