Reservation was for 5:30 but chef didn’t arrive until 6:50. We were told we can’t do dinela menu unless we sat at the bar area, which it wasn’t noted anywhere… why would we dine there to sit at the bar? They ultimately let us order the dinela menu. We added some additional a La carte items. We were charged $10 extra per add on (on top of what it said on the menu) because they said ordered dinela. They did not tell us when we ordered and found out when we got the check. Wasn’t the typical Dinela experience that we enjoyed at other restaurants.

We had a reservation and had to wait for 30 mins, the show took us 2 hours to eat, so we had to cancel our movie. Going when it’s busy and full table takes longer. The food was too salty, and it was very loud.

The chefs are always good and entertaining. The waiter we had seemed too busy. There may have been an initial mix up or they did not have enough waiters, because it took some time before someone took our drink and food orders. We saw the waiter at the beginning (up until we got salads) and then not until when the chef completed his order. Drinks were left empty and only had refills at the end of the meal. Overall, it was above average experience, but would have been better with a more attentive waiter.

My girlfriend and I haven’t been to a Benihana’s in 10 years. 10 years later, they are still going stronger than ever. As soon as we stepped in, I could immediately smell the delicious aroma. Despite frequent power issues, leading to computer issues, they did not let it stop them from putting on an amazing show, performing with amazing service, and cooking the most amazing hibachi stir fry anywhere. I am in the culinary business myself and the hibachi shrimp was absolutely to die for, cooked to perfection and flavored with love. My girlfriend also tried their sushi for the first time which neither of us have ever had. They have some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. But my absolute favorite is still their amazing mustard sauce. I could eat with that sauce absolutely all day. Benihana still remains one of my top favorite restaurant spots to visit. Thank you so much for an amazing meal and experience!

Staff was very attentive and she would check in on us to make sure that we are ok and would ask if we need anything. My only dissapointment was that there was no green tea ice cream!

Even with a reservation we had to wait over an hour to be seated. They should really tell you this when checking in.
