    Wait was an additional 40 mins after our reservation. Waited an additional 30mins for chef to get to the table. Food was ok at best

    Been a minute since I've been to a Benihana's, was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and friendly staff.

    Great experience. Warm and welcoming. Food was delicious and the wait staff and chef made it a very personal visit.

    We had reservations on NYE and it was our only family plans for the evening. We arrived at our reservation time and they told us at least another hour. That would have been 9:30pm. This was unacceptable, why take reservations that you can’t serve. Then we were stuck because everywhere else was booked on New Year’s Eve, so we had nowhere to go on this holiday that we thought we had planned. Terrible terrible experience

    We were notified that we would have to wait 45 minutes despite having a reservation. Once we were seated, a great server attended to us quickly; however, we had to wait about 40 minutes for the food to be prepared. Overall, the food quality has declined, and we left feeling disappointed.

    Our chef Yoshi was AMAZING and very personable. Also our waitress was always available for drink orders and anything else we needed. My family had a very memorable celebration for our father's birthday. Thank you so much!

    We took our 7, 5 and 1-year old grandchildren and they loved the food and the cooking. My 5-year old thought the fire before the volcano was a little scary but she liked everything else. My 7-year old particularly liked the noodles and the rice.

    I think this place was probably understaffed , which led to a 30+ minute delay in getting seated and then another 30+ minutes before our chef arrived. Staff seemed stressed throughout the evening and there was an error with my dinner order, but it was rectified. Having said all that, food was amazing and our chef was awesome. Would love to go back on a night when they are better staffed.
