   They were short staff. We sat at 7pm and our cook didn't get to us till after 8pm! I love Benihana but this was ridiculous 🙄

   Juan and Gabby were fantastic to our group! We celebrated a birthday and they were super attentive and helped with the ice cream and cake! Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate!

   Erick was wonderful!!! He put on an amazing show and gave my husband a wonderful birthday! I have been here before and the food was good BUT last night Erick did an amazing job cooking! We will definitely be back and we will be asking for him!!

   We had a reservation for 7:45. They didn’t seat us until after 8:30. When we sat down we waited another 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We didn’t get water brought to us or any drinks for an hour after we sat. The kids were crying because they were so tired after all the waiting. Our server was very nice, it was not his fault they were understaffed. The food was great but the show was so so. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you have kids and can’t wait around for 2 hours before being served. We also waited for 30 minutes at the bar to get water. They just kept walking past saying be right with you and never taking the order. I gave two stars only for the server being kind and trying his best and the food being great.

   The chef and food was great! The service ok and the ambience is zero! Update and get rid of the carpet! Hot, smoky, crowded and moist are not what I want when eating out!

   Food was good overall. Wait for chef was REALLY long. Been to many Benihana and this one had an unusually long wait for service after being seated.

   I was celebrating my birthday as I was given a $30 certificate. Made reservations on Monday March 31st at 5:15pm got there couple minutes ahead. Wasn’t seated till about 5:30pm for party of 7 next week didn’t get service around 6:15pm just very disappointed at how long it took when I observed over tables after us get helped before us which is very poor. We said at station 10 Chan btw was great btw. Order drinks about time food was ready I wasn’t that hungry anymore. Just never thought I would experience that type of customer service before. Also towards the end of our sever giving us the bill which I felt I was being rushed I had to ask for our dessert my other friends had to leave so me an my daughter ending up getting our dessert. I also didn’t receive my paper copy of my receipt.
