   Our chef was exceptional.He put on quite a show and met all food restrictions with grace.

   We had a 6:15 pm reservation and showed up on time but still had to wait 75 minutes for our table. When we checked in the host said they were overbooked with reservations and were running about 30 minutes behind, but we waited 75 minutes. We had 3 little kids with us which is why we opted for an early dinner reservation, so to not get seated until 7:30 was a real bummer. A 75 minute wait when you planned ahead with a reservation is completely unacceptable.

   This restaurant is very unorganized. We had reservations for 5 people, we were seated at a table with 4 chairs. We had to ask for a chair. I asked the waitress for a kids menu, she forgot and came back and asked us for our order. I had to go get my own menu . It took 1 hour for my son to get a refill on his sprite because the waitress kept forgetting.. Then we asked for appetizers that never came. The cook was not prepared and he had to go back to the kitchen a lot to get food. I understand they were busy but for the amount of money they charge. I should not have had to ask repeatedly for things. I don’t think I will be back.

   You make a reservation and still need to wait for a table for over 30 minutes.

   We were very lucky to have a great chef! He made our night. The Filet Mignon and the Sea Side dinners were nice but I think I liked the Shrimp fried rice and the soup and salad were still my favorites.

   2/10 service Reservations at 7:30pm Seated at 8:47pm Cook came out at 9:50pm Waited for a check….. didn’t leave until 10:59.

   Make reservations at 7:45pm. Got there on time, but the reception still asked as to wait for 30 more mins. What’s the point of making reservation?

   Waiter didn’t come to fill up water at all. The cook wasn’t great, didn’t listen and was kind of rude. Steak was undercooked

   The head chef, Saul, was great and made our overall experience an unforgettable one, the amazing food was a plus. Would choose this location over Downey location every time from now on!

    My experience was terrible, they called my party then made us all get up to seat another party. When we were finally seated the cook did come come for another 30-35mins. I’ve been eating here for YEARS. I have never experienced this before.
