We had an amazing server as well as an amazing Cook! The food was excellent! The particular chef we had this time was an amazing Chef who cooked our meal perfect!! Our server was on top of everything and when a server doesn’t let your Pepsi Cola empty or melt in ice and brings a fresh Pepsi is an amazing server as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and left a hefty tip for amazing services. Thank You for the great experience, will be back more often!!

I love going here for Birthday events... however to ight I mentioned that we were there for my sons birthday when we checked in...also showed there was a birthday collector Buda glass that we could get and they said at the torrance location they do not honor that but at rhe Santa Monica location they do. After being seated our waitress asked if there were any special occasions being celebrated... I said yes and did she need to see the birthday certificate for birthday deal.... she said nothing. I asked her again after she got our drinks...she said nothing. When I got my bill I went to hand my pho e with certificate to reduce the bill.... she said they do not honor it on Sundays. I said that was not clear... she said she juat works there. I mentioned why we were there to multiple people who work there before being seated....and no one said anything. I have been coming for special events for many years.... I am not happy that no one who worked there said anything. Food and service at the table was awesome When we sat at the bar for an Appetizer the server/bartender did not give us any napkin or utensils. People need to be trained at this location. Need to inform customers better. We would not have left...but I am not happy that people who seat you or the waitress did not mention they do not accept cert on Sundays, and was smart at me with her response that she just works here . Unacceptable response!

The nose level when the restaurant is packed is outrageous! We couldn't hear our cooks terrible jokes about the " egg roll", so if you're looking for a quiet night out, nope, but if you're like our birthday party of 4 then buy all means go and make as much noise as you want ( three bottles of sake 🍶 help!) The food was delicious as always and we had a lively time!

Wow what a great experience all around from our server to the cook. Ximena was on top of things with making sure we were well taken care of while we order to the overall experience of our lunch. Eric did such an amazing job with cooking and interacting with us highly recommend both to make a great experience out of your lunch or dinner. Will definitely request them next time o return well worth every bite.

We made a reservation at 7pm for dinner. We arrived on time and we had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Then it took another 20 minutes for someone to greet us and take our drink orders. What is the point of making a reservation. Food was great overall. At the end of the day, if you are taking reservations you should make sure you have the staff on hand to handle them

We had a great time eating at Benihana for Thanksgiving dinner. Good service despite the seasonal cocktails not actually being available. This location could use a bit of a touch up as the bathroom fixture was broken and the paint around the space was worn out but I think that’s very minor in the scheme of things. For a holiday dinner, it was an excellent choice.

Food was great but we had to wait 45mins past our reservation time. It was 7:30pm on a Tuesday.
