We made a reservation at 7pm for dinner. We arrived on time and we had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Then it took another 20 minutes for someone to greet us and take our drink orders. What is the point of making a reservation. Food was great overall. At the end of the day, if you are taking reservations you should make sure you have the staff on hand to handle them

Our waiter was great. The chef not so much. I remember when you would go to Benihana and it was for the show. This chef did 2 things. So boring. Also his knife skills not good. Pieces were so large. Very disappointing.

Juan our chef was amazing! Best show ever! I’ve been going to Benihana a long time and he is the best I’ve seen. The food was delicious! But the runners brought out to go boxes before the meal was over..felt like they were trying to turn the table too quickly. We wanted to sit and talk and not be rushed out the door. Also the bathrooms were unkept and apparently the men’s restrooms has stalls that don’t lock? How is this possible! Benihana needs to do better!

Food was and usually is good. Pepito was our chef. He knows what he's doing on that grill

just a fair experience - long wait for food and drinks. the cook had a horrible dirty apron on :( saw another cook wring a wet dishtowel on carpet in front of customers . so filthy - bathrooms no toilet paper. dirty restaurant in need of a MAJOR CLEAN!

We had a 7:15 reservation on a weekday and they didn’t seat us until 8:30.

The food was amazing like always! The only reason I did not give 5 starts is because although we had reservations, the wait time was a bit ridiculous. We waiting about 20 minutes just to be sat down during lunch time (reservations were at 12:30pm). The host was nowhere to be found when we arrived so we waited about 5 minutes till she appeared. Then she started sitting other people before us and after a while we were told we were waiting on our server. Once we sat, the server did take about 10 minutes to come to us and after that, everything was great. They need to h ire more staff
