Adoro Benihana, continuo a dire però che il prezzo è davvero troppo alto. Continua a non piacermi il fatto che il riso fritto con pollo venga fatto pagare a parte, dovrebbe essere incluso perlomeno 1 porzione.

Reservation was for 8 PM and we were not seated until 9. The floors and walls were dirty. The food was good but the chef’s presentation at the grill was just mediocre. I would not recommend.

Our reservation was at 7:45. When we arrive, the host made us aware that they were running 45 minutes behind in reservation we sat down after our hour. Waiter took our order. Waiter was good but the cook took a long time to come out. The Cook was slow in cooking. We were there for three hours never again.

We had a reservation at 7:30, were not seating until 8:30, and did not complete dinner until 10:30. The chef was great and the food was good but everything just took way too long.

Had to wait 2 and a half hours for food I guess it was because it was New Year Eve but nonetheless totally unacceptable

Disappointing new years experience. Made a reservation for 6:45, didn’t get seated till 7:30, didn’t have a chef till 8:30 and then we missed our other 9pm plans. Over booked and poor service, the interior could use some serious updating as well.

Terrible experience. Had reservation, seated 45 min late. Didn’t start cooking the meal until 1.5 hours after our reservation. Super loud, service terrible, and reservations mean nothing. Never going back.

We went for my Wife’s Birthday dinner (party of 5). First time at Benihana, we won’t be back. I understand it was a busy night, but too many errors with large gaps in service. Reservations were running nearly an hour behind schedule. Then when seated, we were placed next to a table that had a steady stream of water dripping from the ceiling. Took another 30-40 mins to get drinks. With half the order missed. Then another 20 mins to get the balance of our drink order as our server disappeared for extended periods during our visit. Once dinner started, things got better with a great Hibachi Chef who was on point and lots of fun! Our next round of drinks were missed again and only brought out after reminding our hard to find server (20-25 mins). While dinner was almost over, we asked about our Daughters Sushi Roll. Again, seemed to be missed as it was brought out shortly thereafter. Another miss fire as we had to ask with the entire table nearly finished dining. To make it worse, the other family made a scene at every chance possible as we were trying to enjoy / salvage the evening and make the best of it. Maybe justified, but perhaps a little offside. Restroom was also a disaster. Making it clear that Management did not have inspection/cleaning rounds on the radar with paper towels everywhere spilling from the overfilled garbage. On the plus side, the Meal was tasty and the kids had fun! Grade: F+ Maybe an off night, but for the price we were hopeful for a better experience.

Terrible service. Will not go back to this location. All of the employees kept telling us that they had over 1,000 reservations for this evening (NYE). How stupid! Why would anyone accept that many reservations and not be able to adequately accommodate the patrons? Service was terrible. The place was a disaster. If you can’t properly service people on NYE, you shouldn’t! Made a reservation for 5:30pm and didn’t get sat until 6:15PM. Had 4 children with us under the age of 10. Dining experience took 3hrs. Unacceptable.
