    Adoro Benihana, continuo a dire però che il prezzo è davvero troppo alto. Continua a non piacermi il fatto che il riso fritto con pollo venga fatto pagare a parte, dovrebbe essere incluso perlomeno 1 porzione.

    The guy that cooked our food was great the prices were a bit pricey I ordered a trio with 2 cups of rice dinner meal and a received a little baby scoop of my favorite green tea ice-cream. Overall I love Benihana’s but for the prices. I probably will never go back

    I have been coming to this location for the last 16 years and it has went downhill , food and service, soup was bad everyone at table didn’t even eat it told waitress did nothing about it everyone entrees was good cook did great.

    It’s just not what it used to be You could tell they just hire anyone. They don’t put any money into it. The overcharged food is not that good. But what do they care?

    The restaurant wasn't clean. When we walked through the front door, the carpet was trashy. There were scraps of food in the seats and on the floor. Besides that, the food was good and the service was excellent!

    We had planned on coming here for my son’s birthday as we always pick Benihana for special occasions. I wrote in my reservation’s I had made online that it was my son’s birthday and it was a special day. To start off we were seated at our table for almost 45 minutes with out any drinks or WATER! Our server had come over and taken our order and we never saw her for awhile after that. After my stepfather finally got up and found someone we received our soups and salads before we had still received our water and drinks. By this point we were just glad to have some service. My stepdads drink they were out of so he told her a different gin, again 25 minutes later still no drink for him. Finally my mother had to get up and walk to the bar where 3 bartenders were just standing around chatting. She requested his cocktail and brought it back to the table herself. Our chef BIANCA was fantastic!!! She put on a great show for my son and the food tasted wonderful. At the end of the night our belly’s were full and my son was happy I mean he’s only 7! My biggest complaint was our service especially when my bill was $388! For that price I expect service that is higher than bare minimum. I couldn’t even tell you her name! We will stick to the Northville location as they do a much better job.

    The food was very good and the chef Ricardo was fantastic but we weren’t seated until 8pm for a 7pm reservation, and we never got our ice cream. A lot of people in the lobby were visibly upset about the wait, our server was rushed, and we waited a very long time once we ordered- drinks and apps were coming after the soup and salad course. Atypical experience for Benihana.

    Over crowded, seating was 30 minutes behind, daughter had to leave early due to her plans and the delay in service. The main entrance is a hazard with the air flow and the doors. Howling and noisy and door is difficult to open with the air pressure. Many struggled to open it ands i am surprised it didn’t slam shut and injure someone. Lobby crowded with all the people waiting, bar was way behind getting drinks out, i waited 40 minutes for an old fashioned. Servers and chef were ok but for the money, we will go somewhere else. Won’t return to this location.

    Can to celebrate my 48th birthday with a group of 6. Didn’t wait long to be seated and everything was great. Server and chef were both great
